They have what i need when i need it.. What else can you ask more?

I arrived at the shoppers at 1137pm to pick up my medication and they had already closed the entrance, preventing people to get In. Not happy as I checked and it said it was open till 12am. This is advertising false hours. I needed medication for tonight and now I have to miss a dose.

Always clean and organized. Pharmacist is on the slower side though

If it wasn't for the post office being the closest one to my house, I would NEVER set foot in this Shoppers again. Every time I have tried to return something, they find a reason not to take it back, EVEN IF THE ITEM IS UNOPENED AND THEY HAVE A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY. I hate this store. With the exception of Amit from the post office, and Maria in cosmetics, people are rude and not helpful at all. Never buying from this place ever again.

Awful post office. I paid to have a small parcel delivered to kamloops BC from this post office, and it was never put in the system, and they have no idea where it is. It was with tracking and express with signature required. How is this even possible. This is the kind of thing you get for the most expensive postal service here. I wouldn't trust anything from this post office. If your smart you will avoid it completely and go to another office

If there's an option for a zero rating, I would give this Shopper's a zero. A supervisor named Ester was very rude and didn't know what customer service is all about. She shouldn't be dealing with customers ever. The management should look into this, and she should be fired from her position. She didn't handle very well my complaint about a return, and EVEN SHOUTED BACK AT ME. I HAVE TOLD MY FRIENDS, THEIR FRIENDS, MY FAMILY NOT TO SHOP AT SHOPPER'S DRUG ANYMORE. AND I WILL KEEP ON TELLING EVERYBODY ABOUT THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

JUST left there and it's Christmas Eve the girls working in the beauty boutique tonight are hella rude. Went in there asking about products and was potetntinally going to buy some make up as a gift. As I approach them they are snotty and rude and lots of attitude. Finally fed up I walk away and she comes at me and starts something with me! I can't believe it I am a valued customer for years never have I ever in my life seen this kind of behaviour. I'm taking to management to look into this to get this girl fired she is Paki and gross and for someone working at shoppers should be lucky to be in the beauty boutique even. She has not a clue who I am but I will make sure she won't be treating valued customers like that again. They also try and get my boyfriends lisence plate which FYI isn't even under his name
So folks moral of the story is they need new staff especially after what I just had dealt with I won't let this go.
