Do not go here for flu shots. Too slow.

Went to use our optimum points Friday but their point system was down. They saved my purchases off to the side. I came back 2 more times and each time their system was still down. On the forth visit my stuff was gone and was told (with a smirk) that they didn't know if I was coming back! So I had to go find all the stuff we wanted to buy once again. Not impressed!

Look for the Younger Chinese guy name Kwang. He is awesome in so many way of Customer service, that Awesomeness will blind you.

The pharmacist techs are extremely helpful and courteous. Unfortunately I encountered a older male pharmacist and he was arrogant and rude. Had no sense of customer service. Not returning taking my business elsewhere.

I recommend going here for your meds. Very friendly staff and a great pharmacy team! Thanks to these guys for always taking care of my mom's prescription needs.

I was quite disheartened tonight at the lack of compassion shown by a store employee tonight. A young lady that was in the store with her boyfriend or husband obviously was unwell.
She asked if there was a restroom she could use and she was basically told that there was no public restroom and she should go to the nearby Starbucks. She ran out of the store and proceeded to spend the next several minutes outside the exit vomiting excessively.
I was appalled. Here was an obviously sick person who was in the drug store for a reason and she was sent away.
Customer service?? Not so much.
I think that employees could be trained to ask a question or 2 before sending an ill person outside to vomit when it is -10 degrees.
