Don't print your photos here! If you select the multi day option, they claim that it is going to take up to 10 days. In my case, it has been 3 weeks and they still didn't have them ready in spite of my calls to follow-up!

This is by far the worst Canada post office in the city. Lady was extremely rude. The delivery slip was not dropped to my house so I went to the post office to pick up my package with my ID and she denied to give it to me because I didn't have the delivery slip. Now I have to call Canada Post and figure out why the delivery slip wasn't dropped to my house. Very inconvenient and unacceptable

Just had a real weird experience here. Picked up 2 eyeliners, and walked to the tills. It wasn't a busy day, just a regular Saturday morning. I get to the till, and Debbie the store supervisor gave me a lecture about how the next time I shop there she'd like me to make sure I pay for my cosmetics at the cosmetics till because when I don't, the cosmeticians don't make commission off of my purchase, and it would save me waiting in a huge lineup "especially when ALL you're buying is eyeliner".

1. There was no one in the line I was in.

2. Why would a cosmetician make commission off of the 2 $4.00 eyeliners I bought when no one even acknowledged my presence in the cosmetics department?

Left with a sour taste in my mouth.

Didn't know there was a right and wrong way to pay for my merchandise...

I go to this location often and am always greeted by the cosmetics lady. I've dealt with the pharmacist, postal outlet ladies and many of their cashiers...all lovely and helpful. And the cosmetics lady got me signed up with a points card and saved me a ton on money by taking the time to point out current sales on my card. 👍🏻

DO NOT GET A PASSPORT PHOTO HERE
The photos will not be accepted at any passport facility and don't even think about having a pleasant experience when trying to get your money back.

Other than the terrible photo experience.

The older staff are extremely unhelpful and judgmental. When I asked a question to one of the older ladies that worked there I was met with a grumble and she walked into the back room without saying a word to me, only to return about 10 minutes later where she rudely answered my question about a product. The managers are terrible and treat their staff very poorly, and even if there are 10 people waiting in line, the managers will checkout their own food before any of their customers, making everybody have to wait 15 minutes while they checkout their 5 carts full of food.

Worst. Shopping. Experience. Ever.
