Shoppers Drug Mart

Staff at the pharmacy needs to a little more POLITE and HELPFUL. Instead of directing people to which aisle they should go in, they should actually come and lend them a helping hand.

As owner of A Laptop Shoppe, I shop here frequently because of the friendly service, a post office, a full service pharmacy, groceries, and a great general selection, with alot of parking in a convenient location.

Came there last year and never want to come back. Customer service staff in a cosmetics counter was so rude. She did not want answer her customer, no smile, no welcomed behavior, and her eyes was so unfriendly when she answered me. She did not say "hi" or "thank you" when I paid.

I like the 24 hour pharmacy. They also have some of the of the most helpful and pleasant employees around.

This is the first ever pharmacy I have ever ever seen or experienced
The mist uncourteous staff.I was waiting at the Prescription Drop off
Counter and there couple of customers but even after they were served,nobody bothered to ask me what the heck I want.I waited there for half an hour.I also adk a lady who presumabaly the
owner pharmacist I said Hello,she didn't even bother to say Hi she did not stop for a second.
I wanted to get my file transfer my file from the other Shoppers to this
location.It took like half an hour to do the paper work.I was asked to wait half an hour for the prescription to be ready and when I went to pick the prescription it was not ready and I was asked to come after 30 minutes.It took me close to 2.5 hrs there to get my presctiption.I immediately went to another pharmacy to get my file
transfered from McKnight village Shoppers to some other location.
I will never ever go there again.
But I must mention and appreciate
Mr Linen one of the staff member
who helped me and was vvery polite and helpful.

Makeup counter lady and cashier were simply miserable. Staff need a customer service refresher.

There is an extremely rude and arrogant pharmacist named Reena. First of all she gave me wrong information about my coverage and later when i questioned her she said they were busy.I hated the service :(

Terrible service. Afternoon/evening pharmacists & assistants are either misinformed, untrained or just plain jane LAZY.

Arrogant condescending staff a true example of what a customer service staff should never aspire to not only were they slow and rude they were downright insulting. No stars
