Shoppers Drug Mart

There is a male pharmacist that I consistently have problems with. I sat waiting for medication for almost an hour after I asked him to look for an alternative medication that I also have a prescription for. He went on break while I was waiting and did not tell me I would be helped soon or even make eye contact with me. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for almost 4 years and he is the only one that I have problems with. Unfortunately Iam not able to switch pharmacies at this time and my experience has not been enjoyable when I deal with him specifically.

Always have to spend an unreasonable amount of my time in line. Almost always only one cashier working, other staff see the long line and walk away.

Pharmacists or pharmacist assistants are rude, short tempered and bitchy. The two women I am speaking of have a difficult time expending any energy completing "lowly" tasks such as customer service requests. There are however a few polite men and women that work at the pharmacy as well.

Awful Asian cashier. Went in quick to purchase an item that did not scan as being on sale - happens. Asian cashier asks younger coworker to go do a price check. Girl comes back with a clear answer - it's on sale. By that time I had to wait until another customer is being processed and then finally when she got to my transaction she told me I had to go pay in cosmetics and that it wasn't on sale, that there was a problem. Excuse me? I waited for a price check while she processed the rest of the lineup and her coworker clearly gave her an answer but I guess that just wasn't good enough and my time didn't matter whatsoever. I walked out and I will never go back there ever again. There are plenty of locations to go to where customers don't get jerked around like this.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! A girl working in the pharmacy was extremely rude while talking with me on the phone couple of month ago!!!! Called to make prescription for our dental clinic. I do not understand why she let herself be so rude! It really sounded like she either was having a very bad day or she just hates working in the pharmacy. After reading all of the reviews I see I am not the only one who had a problem with her. I just do not understand why management in Shoppers do not fire her or at least have a good chat with this girl!

Blonde woman at the pharmacy was extremely rude to me when I came to pick up my prescription, clearly by reading the rest of the comments I'm not the only one who has had to deal with her disgusting attitude

Really rude blonde turned brown today. I have had this girl before, never happy, plain hates her job. She has an attitude problem! I will be going elsewhere for my meds!

One of the girls at the pharmacy is not good with costumers, she is always grumpy. I cant tell if the pharmacist or assistant. I have to go there often and I can see she is always with same actitud even with senior people.

Very organized store. The staff are helpful.
