24 hours to get a prescription filled if you use their mobile app, 3 hours if you call them. Really how long does it take to put some pills in a bottle!? Even if all the residence of the NW some how decided they needed their prescriptions filled on this Wednesday night.. I don't understand how these wait times are realistic?

I have been going to this Shoppers Drug Mart in Silver Springs for at least 15 years. I have always had a great experience there. Whether its with the friendly cashiers, post office staff, pharmacy or cosmetics they have all been great. Keep up the great work everyone. I appreciate you even though the negative reviews don't. I guess you can't be all things, to all people, all the time.
