Small store with almost everything each SDM carry!
Very convenient for a quick shopping stop

Not much luck at this branch. A teller let someone bud in line to buy lottery tickets. A complaint left and store manager never did return my call and the pharmacy is under staffed, leaving clients standing in line way too long to pick up their prescriptions. When you’re on the wait list for a hip replacement or just not feeling well, standing in line for anything is not a good time. One more thing. They still have not updated their address on Facebook. They moved to 52 and Memorial a couple of years ago.

Pharmacy
Great staff and do follow ups asking if you are ok. Great at suggesting alternatives. On the ball for refills.

Cosmetics
I LOVE the lady's there, friendly, gave my daughter a few freebies. Highly recommend this service.

Food area
Always clean, organized, priced competitive.

Postal services
Great friendly folks here. Love them, only complaint is they don't answer there phones, however they are short staff during peak hours.

Checking out is always fast and efficient, they call for extra cashiers if line ups form.

Lots of parking outside

Garbages outside are never changed and look dirty.

Only other issue is no public bathrooms. I didn't knock out a star, just some feedback if they read this.

Front end staff has always been friendly, and I use the Pharmacy on a regular basis, and have always had a good experience. I'm always checked up on regarding my health on the certain meds I'm on. Shoppers always has great deals in their grocery section, and it really is a convenience to the neighbourhood.

They are the best people. They go over and above what has to be done and do what needs to be done for our family. Hats off to Tom and the gang.

AWESOME STAFF AND SERVICE!!!

Mixed good and bad experiences here, staff have thrown my change on the counter when I clearly had my hand out for it. This location is one of the largest I have seen, I heard it used to be a No Frills. Nice selection of magazines.

Horrible customer service. I bought a shampoo that ended up making me itchy after one use. I returned to the store for a refund and was told by the cashier and the "supervisor" that I could not return a used product, even if I had an allergic reaction to it. I've never had an issue with returning a product to another store.

My experience was awful... I am a disabled adult with mobility challenges, all of my meds are covered by Alberta Works. The staff here held my meds hostage and forced me to pay extra out of my pocket (which I NEVER have to do) before they would give me my medications. I contatced Corporate and was promised I would be contacted, and 5 days later I STILL hadn't heard anything,. By the 5th day of being off of my meds I was going through withdrawals so bad I had to borrow money from my roommate to cover the medication. Never again.
