I always had a great experience here in cosmetics and basics

Had a not so pleasant experience. Came to return something I had purchased 2 days ago. I had the receipt and item was unopened. Cashier refused to refund item because she said her manager told her refunds weren't in their policy... which is obviously wrong. I know this because I work at another shoppers and I know what the policy is. I won't be recommending this shoppers to my friends or family. Very disappointed...

I come here often because I need to go to shoppers. There is only a few nice staff. There is one rude lady that gives dirty looks when near the cosmetic section. Another cashier was rude when I was handing her money, it was like I was wasting her time counting it out. Ridiculous.

I shop here very often for the basics, eggs, soap, cereal and of course lottery. I checked out the other reviews for this location and understand why the frustration with the Pharmacy it's self, I cut that out of the equation because it would be 2 Stars at best if I keep that in. The cashiers are friendly and normally call another cashier over to open a till if the line gets 4 deep.

This pharmacy is a joke. I go in yesterday November 12th to get a prescription for 40 Pills....I only received 30..I phones rona rana or where the non canadian thinks is right to full out call you a lier on the phone and hang up on you..then you call back and she tells you that they will not look into your situation and hangs up on you again.....so one they tamper with your medication and unprofessianly tells you to they will do nothing about the priscription that I paid for and will not make it right....I'm more then certain that is highly illegal.
