Let me begin with, WESTHILLS HAS THE WORST SHOPPERS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was prescribed a pain killing ointment for my foot. I spoke with the woman behind the Drop off counter at West Hills Shoppers to see when it would be ready… Flustered, she responded 24 hours, we do not have this strength and I will have to make it… I was in pain and had the audacity to ask why does it take so long??? She responded very angry and frustrated…
“BECAUSE I HAVE TO MAKE IT AND LOOK AROUND, WE HAVE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS, I WILL MAKE IT WHEN IT GETS QUITE.”
I asked her to please call me if it was made sooner as my foot was in great pain and it was difficult to walk. (Advil was not working) She said yes and took the next customer.
I called Signature Drugs and they said to get Shoppers to fax it to them as they would start to make it immediately.
I know we all have bad days, but you can’t treat customers like that when we are at their Mercy.

I've shopped here several times and the staff is always helpful! Anytime I can't find an item it seems like someone is just around the corner to help. The pharmacy people are great, they call me by my first name and answered all my questions about a new prescription I've been on :)

Horrible service at the pharmacy. Very incompetent and slow. Unprofessional, discussing personal lives despite the fact that they were way behind.

This is without a doubt, the worst pharmacy in the city. I live in Discovery Ridge, so its the one that is most convenient for me to go to, but I would much rather drive across the city to a different pharmacy than continue to go to this one. I've been getting prescriptions filled regularly at this location for over 10 years, but as of recently, one of the ladies working at the pharmacy has made me feel as if I am a criminal every time I go to pick up a prescription.

Anyways, I called in last week to inquire about getting a prescription filled about a week early because my purse had been stolen, along with my prescription (I know, who steals a prescription in Canada?!). The lady on the phone informed me that she would have to reach out to my doctor and get permission to do this, before she could release whats left of my prescription to me. I had a 3 month prescription that I would normally get two weeks worth filled, every two weeks. I took a break from the medication for about a month and so I didn't get my prescription filled during this time. Now, because I asked for my prescription to be filled literally 7 days early, the pharmacist said that its a controlled substance and she can't release it to me, not even bothering to take into account that I didn't get this prescription filled for a month. When I asked when I will be able to pick-up the prescription, she VERY RUDELY said to me that it depends on the doctor and again put emphasis on the medication being a CONTROLLED substance, as if I was born yesterday and didn't know what medication I've been taking for the past two years. And so now, it's been a week later - I haven't received any call from anyone at the pharmacy, and I haven't been able to take my prescription for over a week, which has thus impacted my day-to-day life. It is absolutely TERRIBLE customer service that I have received from this one lady in particular, and sadly, it's not the first time that this lady has made me feel like less of a person because I have a prescription. I would recommend anyone that has health issues stay far away from this pharmacy, unless they want to be bullied and have their health not taken into consideration whatsoever.

The POST OFFICE is absolutely HORRIBLE. They never pickup the phone. You can keep calling them and it will go straight to the answering machine. Don't bother phoning later because they wont pick up anyways. Instead of them picking up the phone, I actually have to drive down there in person to see if I got something. Its an absolute joke. Aspens service is way better and they pick up the phone. If its possible, I suggest making you stuff arrive at Aspen instead. They actually pick up the phone. Completely ruined my experience

The staff makes this one of the best pharmacies & stores in the city... Super friendly!
