Worst experience in this pharmacy the staff was incompetent terrible service I will never go there again ! In fact I would like to see this location shut down !

This is the worst post office.... like everyone else says without fail there is a line that takes forever, yhe people are nice enough, but there is no effort at service.

This has been my pharmacy for 15 years. It's a training location, but the staff is very friendly. The service is fast and store is clean.

If you wanna be followed watched blatantly like you are a criminal go to this location lol. Not to mention the post office is beyond the worst they work when they want too. Get a custom to waiting at the front of the line for 30 mins only to be greeted by a dirty look and F off attitude. I will only go here if I'm absolutely desperate. The only person who is actually friendly is the security guard lmao go figure shout out to you man.

The only people who work here who aren't trashy are the cashiers at the front counter. The staff who work in the beauty department look like and act they were found in the forest lawn thrift store.

I'm not a huge fan of Shoppers because they have taken over most of the smaller pharmacy chains, but when I do choose them I find the service at this store quite good. Despite people describing the area as "tough" and "ghetto" the area is actually really quiet and I've never seen any crimes or problem people around there. I think it's more related to a perception of forest lawn. If I shop closer to Marlborough Mall I'm always being accosted by panhandlers and there seems to be a lot more trouble. While I agree that the post office is understaffed and they aren't in a hurry, they are polite. The front cash people are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. Overall, good store.

Great store. Tough area but the staff always have a smile on their face, and a warm greeting. Willing to help and assist in any way.

There is absolutely zero customer service at this location. Not only that, but the staff here will even be outright rude and mean to you. Don't bother asking to talk to a manager if you have a bad experience though; they'll let the staff keep at it the entire time that you try and complain about being treated so terribly. Najat at the cosmetics counter is especially aweful! She will raise her voice, roll her eyes, and attack you if you upset her day in the least.
For your own peace of mind, do whatever you can to stay away from this location.
