Shoppers Drug Mart

I dont want to be racist, but this black security began to stalk me around the store. This is by far one of the worst and possibly the "shitest" store I have even been in, highly not recommended.

Postal office is ridiculously rude. Almost every time I call they either put me on hold and have a rude tone when they pick up or they don’t answer my questions and proceed to abruptly hang up. This post office is terrible, the employees are extremely rude. The only reason I would ever go there again is if one of my scheduled packages end up there.

I been there lots of time and the people in the cosmetic department, misjudge people..I don't always look my best on my days off when I'm in comfy clothes.. But I don't need to be followed around and spied on all the time. One day I went in there to look at smash box makeup and the older lady with the long hair..asked me if I needed help, i said no just looking. She stood behind me with her arms crossed..and watched me. I never felt so uncomfortable in all my life, so unprofessional. Just today I went in there to look for some skin care products ..And girl from the cosmetic department spied and was followed me around..I never get that anywhere else but here..Like im a criminal. I do work in retail and in the cosmetic department..and I never do what these people did. I big thumbs down for me. They diffidently need people skills

Only been in this store 3 times but I found the layout poor, prices high and the staff usually make themselves scarce. Last time I was there two staff members were speaking with each other and even though I had walked up to them to ask a question they acted like I did not exist. After about a minute I had to excuse my interruption to ask a question. They both finally stopped talking, looked at me, one answered my question about stock/location on an item with a "no", and they resumed their personal conversation, turning their back on me. I then walked through the store and found what I was looking for. If I was a manager I would have fired both of them on the spot. I gave this store 3 chances and they won't get another.

I live by this Shoppers location and stop in often for convenience factor only. Definitely not the stellar priced items (insert sarcasm). I went in today and the lady in the entry at the perfume section profiled my husband and myself for which I can only assume is because we looked like working people.

Shoppers locations apparently don't have managers on site and only have supervisors. We spoke with the supervisor cashier who didn't seem apologetic at all or have much of a response. As a working person with a lot of supervisor/management experience in the working world I can say this was handled very unprofessionally.

They need to work on their customer service and quality. They lost an easy extra $100 plus dollar sales because they treated us like we were less than them. That may seem small but you have poor customer service and it has a rippling effect. Word of mouth is everything for a business.

I'm saddened at your poor judgement and lack of customer service skills. Your customers are the reason you are in business.

The only thing this place needs is a good facelift it seems kind of dated. What's great about it is the staff in the beauty and cosmetics area. It were a big help when looking for a gift for friends and family
