No washroom?? When i asked to use it they looked at me like a junkie....im going to London drugs!!

There selection and products are all good. The regular till staff is fantastic. The 3 stars is for the girls in the cosmetic area when you walk in.
Unless you LOOK like you have money they ignore you completely. Assuming they are commission based? Not good ladies. I can dress like a bum and have a big bank account. My money will not be spent in their department.
