No complaints here. Always friendly. A little pricey on some items, but you get that at every store.

My favorite location! Open latest and best selection. Staff aren't as friendly as what I'm used to from Shoppers, but maybe I just haven't been here enough.

Pharmacy is always super friendly and helpful!

Not happy with these guys, at all. Customer service has always been lacking, but the last straw happened recently. I had trouble with a return in the past, so before making a somewhat pricier purchase here, I checked the return exclusions on the website. T he product wasn't listed so I went ahead and bought it.
After trying the product, I wasn't happy with it at all, tried to return it three days later with a receipt and they refused! I tried contacting the manufacturer and they wouldn't help me either. So now I'm stuck, frustrated, and for certain am never patronizing Shoppers ever again. I'm done.

Was gifted makeup brushes by my husband, which I wanted to exchange. My husband lost the receipt, and I told them I would show them his credit card statement. I was told there was nothing they could do. No other chain responds this way. I'm disappointed to where they lost a very consistent customer.

Rather pricey unless items are on sale, and the sales are usually pretty good, but normally things like hair products are usually $3-$4 more than they should be. Be careful when buying food like milk, eggs and cheese, fridges are not very cold and have had milk and cheese go bad fast.

I frequently shop here, bought a scratch ticket, won $30 and went to cash it in. I was ID'd!! I'm 41 and have bought and cashed in several tickets without being asked to give ID.

I have bought tickets and cashed them all over the place and never asked for ID. I don't believe that is an requirement at all. Just the one lady's choice to do. Every other staff member is polite and kind.... one of them has her own agenda.... annoying
