Even though this is not the closest Shoppers to my home I always make the extra trip to Braeside Shoppers for my prescription needs. I find the staff always friendly and very professional In all my interactions with Mike I have found him to be very knowledgeable and always willing to listen. His professionalism is unsurpassed.

I have been shopping at the Braeside shoppers for 10 + years and have nothing but great experiences! After shopping there for so many years, I have got to know the staff and the owner Mike. They are always very friendly and my experience has always been very positive. The owner, Mike is always there to help me with my medication, and clearly runs a good store because he has retained long term staff. I will continue to shop there!

Excellent store, I've always noticed the staff and pharmacist willing to go the extra mile for the customer !!

Pharmist only filled 2/3 prescriptions due to issues getting one of them in. after contacting the doctors office I was told I need shoppers to fax the office saying they couldn't fill the one prescription. I waited over an hour at the doctors waiting for the fax that they clearly didn't send.

Helpful staff and a large selection of products

Janice (supervisor) is absolutely fantastic, super pleasant, really helpful, and I saw so many little nuances like knowing regulars and engaging them, she does very well for this store.

Someone else shops for me now and she says the service is extra friendly in every section.
