Shoppers Drug Mart

Like all downtown Shoppers Drug Marts they have paranoid undercover security sneaking around all over the store, it's funny watching them walk around and around pretending to be shoppers, I guess all the camera's aren't enough of a deterrent for would be thieves.
They're so obvious they should be dressed in uniforms.

This shoppers is great if you love waiting in line. At the end of the month thus place is a total circus as people try to fill their prescriptions and buy bus passes.

Wow! Great pharmacy team which takes time to listen to my independent needs and situation. And the cosmetologists were very knowledgeable and kind and helpful and their attitudes make me want to come all the way from Ogden to do all my Shoppers Drug Mart shopping. Thanks folks!

Worst shoppers ever rude staff empty shelves messy store.They are only still in business because of the location. I started going to London drugs much better company.

Came in today to buy a product. There were sale tags everywhere, so I picked up the item, stood in line, and the cashier tells me the item isn't on sale. They call up this extremely incompetent sales merchandising woman, she comes back with the tag that says the item is on sale. The cashier gets confused and realizes that she gave the wrong item to the merchandiser to check, so she goes back. Meanwhile I'm standing there and 7 people already got rung through... I come up to the merchandiser and she claims the item isn't on sale. I inform her that there is no tag, and that I have been waiting and 7 people have already passed me. She raises her voice to let me know that there is no tag, and they get ripped off all the time, the item isn't on sale, and asks rudely "do you want this or not?". I was so frustrated, I left all my items and left the store, and called the manager..... unreal. How dare you speak to a customer like that. Never will I ever shop at this Shoppers again.

Yesterday, I went to this location for the first and last time. The male employee there (i dnt knw his name) with long hair was extremely rude . He was yelling at customers for no reason . this is not the way you treat the customers. The staff needs proper training on how to provide good customer service. Ridiculous customer service.

WORST SDM EVER!
The staff is so rude, they look so upset and they aren't the least bit helpful. When you ask them "to do their job" they look at you like you've asked them to save the world. I only went there because it was close to work, but never will I ever get prescriptions there again. I will save myself the aggravation.
