Shouldice Athletic Park Description
Located along the banks of the Bow River in northwest Calgary, Shouldice Athletic Park is home to 3 artificial turf rectangle fields, 7 softball diamonds, 5 rectangle natural turf fields, a concession and a field house with change rooms and washrooms. Athletic Parks are available for bookings between 7 a. m. and 11 p. m. , seven days a week, during prime athletic park season May – September. Booking requests outside of these hours will be considered. A privately operated batting cage can also be found here.
Reviews
The Youth Passport gives youth (ages 7-17) unlimited access to all City facilities, all summer long. It costs $50. The offer gets even better if the Youth Passport customer presents a valid youth July or August Calgary Transit Pass at time of purchase – with that it's only $25.

This facility has come such a long way. The locker rooms are now incredible. Washrooms by each football field. Ample parking. It's a pleasure to have a facility like this that affords the youth to play on the same quality surfaces from Atom through junior Football. It's amazing. Once the reclamation is done it will be even better!
Love watching games here. Great place for the kids
It is an awesome football park for kids to learn and develop in the grateful game of football.
Great fields. locker rooms, bathrooms and parking . I agree though the concession needs work full day of games Saturday and waited over 20 minutes for a bottle of water .. the people working did the best the can but only 2 people working and lots of hungry thirsty people they could not keep up... with the prices they charge they shirley can afford one or two more hands in there to help out .. otherwise am happy with all the amazing work and changes happening there.
An absolutely great football facility. Enjoyed many games there watching our grandson from peewee through highschool!
The improvements are almost done. It has become an extraordinary facility for community and high school football in Calgary.
