Absolutely horrid. I would give a negative rating if possible. I have never felt more violated by a supposed medical professional in my life. I went for an IUD consult. Which started out alright staff were not pleasant did not give their names or titles. I thought I had already see the Dr. when I was informed I needed to wait for her. A male resident came into discuss the IUD with me and repeated what the first lady(later found out it was a nurse) had told me. Okay. Then I asked to have an exam to make sure it could infact be placed, save me from a wasted trip. The doctor, male resident and nurse all troop in. No one asked if I was comfortable having him present or the unnecessary nurse. The doctor kept giving me worthless praise, adding to the childish manner they treated me with. She then sounds my cervic without informing me. Which I absolutely did not CONSENT to. Will never be going back there. Absolute disgrace to the medical profession.

Waited half hour for my initial consultation appointment with the doctor, and then I was told that the doctor was not in that day, so I was assigned to a technician. If the doctor was not in, please just give me a call to re-schedule another appointment instead of wasting my time to come.

I've been going to Dr. Fylik for about 10 years and i've always had great experiences with her. She is very professional and respectful and always makes me feel comfortable. She gives me time to address any concerns and never rushes me out of the clinic. She always asks how life is and how I am doing. I can't see myself ever switching doctors.

HORRIBLE. This was the most horrendous experience I have ever had. Ive never given a negative review in my life but this time I felt the need to pre-warn people. I'll make this as short as I possibly can.

My doctor referred me to this clinic to have an IUD placed and I did not feel comfortable right from the beginning for many reasons.

1) Snarky staff that are VERY unpleasant and awful to deal with

2) Waited an hour and a half to see doctor at initial consultation because I was forgotten about in the room. The Doctor herself was pleasant but her staff OMG

3) At initial consultation I told the doctor my heaviest day of my period is the first and second day (heaviest day is the best to have IUD inserted) doctor told me to call the day or two before my heaviest day. Which is exactly what I did because the doctor said no problem at all getting you in and then I call and they don't get me in. THEY WANT ME TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH. At this point I've just had enough. I explained how I felt to the receptionist and everything that had happened. She cut me off numerous times to tell me there is nothing that can be done. All the miscommunication between doctor and staff, as well as her staffs attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable and not confident in their ability.

There is more but all I can say is AVOID THIS PLACE.
