Food is good and they do try to keep up with refilling smorg dishes. Can get a bit too busy, and packed at times, if you are looking to come for a quiet meal. Would say best Chinese food in St Paul. Be weary if you are traveling on foot as there are many trashy street vagrants who harrass you in this area. I have been bothered before on this block in the evening.
