Compared to the other local theatres with DBox seats, we found the screen to be a bit on the small side and no Dolby Atmos. Showtimes were more convenient so we went there. Parking was completely ridiculous. Probably best to go there if you also plan to shop in the mall, otherwise Sunridge or Chinook are a better choice.

Good shows. Need to fix urinals is been over a week they have been broken.. who decided that popcorn and pop is worth $20?

Nice theatre I find it small and poorly designed, it has a major flaw, I cant really point it out, its probably the nonfunctional placement of the restaurants with the ticketing counters then comes the auditoriums, it all doesn't make sense, its like they tried to fit everything in this confined part of the mall. Cinemas are okay with NOT so comfy seats, they're horrible unless you go for the D-Box

Alway enjoy this theater. Excellent service and comfort. Only problem is the lack of parking on the weekend.

Clean, well run and quick lines. I usually try to coordinate a movie trip with my shopping at CrossIron Mills. If I lived closers I could easily see myself making this my main movie theater.

We always take the longer drive to this theatre . It's much cleaner and easier to find a good seat then at the closer Sunridge location . We also find the food lines moves a lot quicker then at other locations . Recommend booking D-Box seats for action films + the added bonus of reserved seating !!

Late show is usually almost empty. Great for dates.

Spent 20 minutes each direction driving out to go see a 10:15pm movie, however on arriving their giftcard/coupon system was down and we were unable to attend the movie. There was no announcement posted on their website to display any outages. Contacted their customer support only to have an extremely poor response of we will contact the manager and follow up. Customer support was extremely disrespectful and gave no real responses nor explanations as to why there was no announcement.

Waste of time.

I could not believe that the staff would allow a family to bring in their 3-5 month old baby into the IMAX assigned seating. The baby would fuss & make noise ongoing throughout the movie. People in the DBox section would look behind at them to give them a hint too leave w
