The service at Silverhill Acura is just like that at a five-star all-inclusive resort! It was fabulous!!! I'd go there every time now, everything's done efficiently and well! Darryl, the service advisor is super friendly and helpful!

The front desk service man Brian was terrific! I left the wrong key in the drop box. They phoned to tell me, then arranged for a driver to deliver the key to me and pick up the car key. This was arranged and happened so fast I could carry on with my plans for that day. Excellent service and thank you!

Silverhill is always easy to deal with and very accommodating, constantly exceeding my expectations.

Pat was super helpful and tried everything to answer my question. He went beyond to secure a car for me even though no appointment was booked . I feel the service was first class. Thanks so much Pat

This week Silverhill Acura had my car looked at next morning from drop off, diagnosed, continuous updates, friendly, helpful..providing me with a loaner car (I probably will not want to give back ;)), while we wait for parts. I have a 2010 TSX and a 2014 MDX and had a 2000 MDX prior to that so a long time customer. My experience with Silverhill and the staff has always been top notch with no issues at all in that time frame. Service work is completed as requested in a very timely manner. Thank you.

I came in without an appointment with a problem that turned out to be a loose wheel. As a note I had used a tire shop to put my winter tires on. So this problem was not the result of silver hills work. I went for a test drive with the service manager to verify what the problem was. They then got my vehicle in right away. Fixed the problem and then checked all the other wheels to make sure there were no issues with them. The staff were caring and resolved my issue in a friendly fashion. Overall a very positive experience.

I took my TSX to an independent Autopro mechanic to replace the timing chain. The mechanic broke something inside my engine without knowing. He couldn’t figure out why my check engine light wouldn’t clear and told me just to take my car to the dealership to see if they could clear the code. I went to Silverhill and they took great care of me and my car, they even helped me get my money back from the other mechanic!

Lesson learned, tried to save money by going somewhere else but it cost me way more money. From now on I’m leaving my Acura service with the experts!

Excellent service! Bringing a 10 year old used Acura to them & was treated just the same as if I’d bought a brand new one off the lot. Couldn’t ask for better! They even refused to do a service (tire rotation) which wasn’t needed, making the final bill less than the initial estimate.

Always top notch experience from drop off to pick up when dealing with the service department. Shuttle drivers are equally pleasant!
