I picked up a used vehicle which was in great condition. There was an issue with some paperwork which was immediately cleared up by a great fellow named Patrick. In July 2017, we purchased a 2015 Acura MDX. Our salesman was George, who was very helpful, professional, and pleasant to deal with. The sales manager, Patrick was excellent to deal with as well. The service department at Silverhill provides the best customer service and workmanship I've ever had from a dealership. My service advisor Pat is always keen to make sure my needs are met. Their shuttle service is convenient and when I've had to have a loaner car they've made it easy for me. I highly recommend Silverhill.

Always great service. They get the car in the few times we've had an issue that required immediate assistance. Friendly staff and a nice environment. WOW! I work in the Auto Industry and have never seen a Manager go above and beyond the way Patrick Li has! I purchased a car from him last week and I am blown away with the experience so far!
