Liz Makaroff is a Registered Massage Therapist and
owner of Silverstone Massage Ltd. She graduated
from Mount Royal University’s Massage Therapy
Certification Program in 2010.

Liz has experienced the benefits of massage
running marathons and half marathons as well as
participating in waterskiing, wakeboarding and
cross-country skiing with her friends and family.
