Formed in 1999, Simmons Financial Holdings Corporation (SFHC) is a Calgary, Alberta based private investment firm that owns and manages investments across multiple asset classes.  SFHC aims to generate attractive returns by following a deliberate and time-tested methodology of employing high-quality people, guided by a high standards culture and aligning our interests with our partners and co-investors (including family offices and high net worth investors).  We foster an environment that promotes and values original thought and with quality governance and the creation of alternatives, we promise to live our purpose and push the boundaries, while always remaining considerate in our actions.
