We had an issue with our mattress and I was super impressed with the turn around for our warranty claim. Super easy to deal with.

The staff at the store were super helpful when we made our first purchase and just as great when we selected our warranty replacement. The tech who came over to look at our mattress for the warranty claim was also prompt, professional, and personable.

Lastly, the delivery guys were super friendly, print, and professional. End to end, I couldn't have been happier with our experience. Exceeded my best case scenario expectations.

we came in the store and bought a mattress that we liked that was soft and had some give. it was labeled "luxury firm". when it was delivered a week later and after the delivery guys left, we tested the mattress and it was rock hard and had no give at all. it was nothing like the one we tested at the store. we looked at the label and it had the same name of the mattress but it read "firm" rather than "luxury firm" like the one we saw at the store. we called the store right away. they told us it was the same mattress, with the same specs just labeled differently. all the mattresses that we tested, "firm" and "luxury firm" were quite different, so i know the difference. i wanted the delivery guys to come back and pick it up but they refused and said just to give it time and it will soften up. well, 6 months later, it's still rock hard and we hate our mattress. wasted money. very unhappy customer. We should have gone somewhere else to buy a mattress. reading the reviews, these guys are dishonest.

Amazing customer service from Kristy (sorry if the spelling is wrong!!) My bf and I just happened to notice this place was open on a Sunday after trying to go to what would be their competition which was closed. Super friendly and very helpful. We had it picked out and paid for in no time. Only problem we had was with delivery and my apologies for the nasty phone call from me. Talked to a gentleman from there who let me know it would be delivered the next day. Obviously some miscommunication between a few people as we ended up having to go pick it up. They did take our old mattress though. New mattress is amazingly comfortable and we will recommend you to anyone who needs a mattress. Thank you!!

Went to this store to see what they had as I like Simmons products. Tim the salesman tricked me into a used bed without telling me it was used. I found out that they didn't even have the bed sanitized between other peoples homes and mine. Talk about gross. After the owner Charlie backed up this sales practice and wouldn't take back the bed I talked to a director at Simmons Canada. I found out that this store isn't even associated with Simmons Canada. The Director at Simmons Canada also notified me that it wasn't the first time they had an issue with this store.

Went in to buy a new mattress, got conned into a used one that we did not figure out until we noticed that there were significant valleys in the mattress. Called the Store and was informed that the mattress was in fact used. Very unhappy with this experience. The owner refused to return my money for the used mattress. I would never purchase another mattress here again.
