The services we provide are centered in supporting body, mind and spirit, using both aromatherapy and coaching together. We center our work around those things that are often seated in our own fear, or perceived inability to change. Using your strengths, needs and desires, we open up the space for you to see the possibilities. Learning to trust without judgement and engage in the truth that you innately know, as well as root out "beliefs" that are keeping you stuck in your present place. We use personalized aromatherapy products, to strengthen, nurture and provide emotional support for the challenge of this process.
In working on physical challenges in life, we often fail to recognize the connection between the physical suffering and our emotional /spiritual state. Our goal is to provide support for the emotional /spiritual state of being that will open the space for physical healing.
