Today we found this cozy place and yummy food. When I just saw the food and smelled it I felt home even though I'm Colombian. We loved the atmosphere, music and homemade food style!!!

This is the place for Caribbean food in Calgary! First time in and we were welcomed like family, treated to a variety of new foods and loved it all! Get your Caribbean on at Simply Irie! Don't be scared to try something new, you'll be glad you did.

This has become my favorite chill spot ever! The food is awesome and the people are even better. It's just like Cheers - everyone knows your name.

The food was fantastic! Tried a few things on the menu and everything was SO GOOD! Jerk chicken was very tender. House made drinks were very refreshing! Love it.

My Beautiful friend introduced me to this wonderful place. Every time I go to Calgary their Roti is a must. The Staff is amazing wonderful and so friendly almost like family. The atmosphere is excellent and the music soothes your soul. love it

Im gonna give you five stars but I do have some feedback. I ordered oxtail to go, came with oxtail, veggies and rice. The food tasted phenomenal, however when I finished my meal I was still hungry. My meal cost me just under 17$. I could go across the street to MacDonald's and spend 5$ on a few Jr chickens and feel full. Personally I usually don't like to spend more than 10$ on lunch. If I could give you any constructive criticism, lower your prices and make the portions a little bigger. The food was fantastic however 17$ was to much for 90% rice with a couple pieces of oxtail thrown in.

I love going to this place ever since i found it i can't stop going. The food is amazing always on point and service is always excellent, not to mention the atmosphere. I love that I can go there whenever i'm feeling home sick or just want good food.

Fay, Pat, Roger, Nathan, Landon (and everyone whose name I haven't learned...or haven't spelled properly) treat all their customers like long-lost family and I've yet to eat a dish I don't absolutely love...but, be warned, I'm pretty sure they put something addictive in their food; I end up craving it at least once a week!

I can't believe I didn't check this place out sooner!! Roti here is really good, can't wait to get back and try the rest of the menu!!!

Absolutely delicious! I especially loved the fall off the bone, tender amazing oxtail! We tried the roti, snapper and the jerk wings and all of the dishes we ordered were delicious and really hit the spot!

I love that you make your own patties and coco bread. The last time I was in though, I got a couple of goat patties and it was as though you painted on the goat filling with a brush! No flecks of meat, little sauce and you charge $4.95/pattie? Not the experience I was used to from your restaurant.
