We just had window installation completed yesterday so no warrantee issues to report but were very impressed with Jeff and the crew. They completed a very difficult job ( two-story with limited access) in very hot weather. And special mention to Meagan in the office who was especially helpful. Will be recommending SIS as you were recommended to us by friends. THANKS.

The warranty department is paaaaaainfully slow to deal with. I was able to resolve one of the two separate issues and am still waiting for the second to get resolved (after at least 9 months). To be fair, they couldn't do this second warranty repair in the winter but we are now into June. Are you still in business?

Your reputation for installing doors may be amazing, but your customer service needs improvement.
So I received a phone call on Friday inregards to Pro-Star getting someone to come in to measure the exterior of the entrance door.
So I called the number left on my voicemail that day, called again, got ahold of some rude man who couldn't even remember the voicemail he left, and he wanted pictures of the exterior of the entrance door so he wouldn't have to come to the unit to actually get proper measurements.
I was told by Leo on email that he would work around my schedule. I have been communicating with him this way, but Leo has been completely avoiding what day he is willing to come and so it's been quite frustrating because customer's require that information, so withholding and avoiding the day of arrival is unprofessional and inappropriate.

SIS has just completed a James Hardy board residing on our bungalow, my wife and I could not be happier. Two summers ago we installed synthetic stucco on the house upgrading from the aluminium siding we had for 30 + years. Within one month of the stucco being finished we were invaded by woodpeckers. We have had over 20 woodpecker holes drilled into our siding and had exasperated all the legal options available to us to get rid of the problem,. Hence the decision to reside once again. The decision to use James Hardy siding board was the only option we were interested in to ensure woodpeckers would get the message they are no longer welcome, so we contact SIS for a quote. Kevin from SIS was excellent to work with and together we made this project a reality. Now I have an amazing looking house, no woodpeckers, no netting and no shiny streamers adorning my house. Life has not been this good for a couple of years. The project came in on budget, on time and the installation crew were of the most professional caliber. From start to finish SIS was there and had our best interest as a priority.

We were extremely impressed with the installation. The professionalism of the team working under Larry was second to none and when Len - the foreman came to review things before signing off on it - we discovered he was even more picky than we were! Things that looked fine to us, didn't to him. He was also amazingly helpful when our garage got hit by vandals right after the job was completed and a piece of trim got broken. It got replaced right away. Kudos to both Len and Larry for a fantastic experience!
