Twist Wine & Tapas is a fabulous little bistro located in downtown Medicine Hat. Not only are we the only restaurant of its kind in the city, our menu specializing in Tapas (small plates meant to be shared), we also offer delicious lunch and dinner options outside the Tapas menu. Impressive wine lists, imported and domestic beer and a wide variety of delicious cocktails keep the good times flowing!
