Did not have my size for the shoes I wanted but the staff found another outlet mall at cross irons which had it and offered to put it on hold. Since it was way out of our way I told him that was not going to work. The staff member proceeded to show me to another area and find another shoe I might like. Then proceeded to inform me of the event going on and was very professional. He was the only employee I saw the entire time I was there, very helpful to a store with 10 customers spread out throughout the entire store. He was awesome, will be coming again when I come back to Calgary.
