Her professionalism is outstanding, some of the absolute best customer service I have ever received. 30th November 2016



Nomination for Skinpossible Big Blue Heart Award 2016, an award given to an individual in recognition of his/her selfless devotion in volunteerism and humanitarian works, closed. The recipient will be awarded with a trophy and $10,000 worth of Skinpossible products and treatments. I was one of the nominees.





5th January 2017



I received a call from Ms Roberta Segar, the owner of Skinpossible Laser & Light Solutions Clinic who congratulated me for being the recipient of the Big Blue Heart Award 2016. My initial reaction was speechlessness with a manageable “wow” and a murmured “thank you”. It then sank in and my eyes were swarmed with glistened droplets of tears. There’s only one word to describe my feelings at that moment. It was ‘thankfulness’. I’m thankful for being alive, for being where I am now as compared to the less privileged, for being in possession of what I have in life, and for being recognized by philanthropic organizations such as Skinpossible that honors unsung heroes. It was a phenomenal day! Added to the fact that Roberta called personally, it’s a reflection of corporate enthusiasm in social responsibility as well as professionalism at its very best!





25th January 2017



That magical and ceremonial day of the Award had finally arrived! It was a euphoric and monumental day for me. The warm and intimate reception I received from Roberta and her staff was awesome! The ambience, the attendees, the decor, and the attention rendered even down to minute details such as special orders of cupcakes with blue icings in heart shapes totally floored me. I was reduced to silent tears when I saw a huge poster measuring 3 ½ by 2 ½ ft featuring colored photographs with write-ups of my span of years in volunteerism. It was a tribute made specifically for me. Speechlessness was an understatement!



Roberta’s speech exuberated with warm sincerity in recognizing and celebrating my selfless devotion, time, and effort in helping the less privileged. It was indeed a poignant moment. When I beheld the crystal trophy, I could feel all my years of volunteerism surged within the refractions of crystallized lights in colorful and darting rays dancing happily within the prism. It seemed surreal. As for the $10,000 ‘cheque’ printed on a foamex board, I now had it framed on my wall! I never thought one day I would be on the receiving end. In my years in social service, I would at times be the one passing out cheques or donation-in-kinds to others. It’s a great feeling to be able to experience for once, the sensation of receiving a cheque foamex board for myself!



What’s truly remarkable about the whole event on this day was that Skinpossible was celebrating me and my achievements, not about Skinpossible! It was indeed a great honor and I felt privileged!





27th January 2017



The follow up came almost immediately after the ceremony. A most polite receptionist called to make an appointment for me to meet up with a consultant for treatments and products. I was totally impressed!





1st February 2017



It’s consultation day! The ever polite and smiling receptionists welcomed me with great enthusiasm. It’s a good feeling to be remembered! Tea was offered and the wait was almost non-existent from the appointed time. Linda, my consultant approached me and happily ushered me into the consultation room. As I was awarded $10,000 for ‘disbursement’ towards treatments and products, the consultation took 2 ½ hours. I was treated with great respect throughout. My views and apprehensions were addressed and taken into consideration in working out the best treatment plan for me. Linda was very efficient and knowledgeable in her products. She patiently explained and guided me through the process of each treatment. She made the otherwise long consultation seemed effortless in an easy breezy manner. Working together with me, a treatment package specifically tailored to my needs was developed. It would take about 6 months to complete the whole package. Though a little overwhelmed with so much information, I was totally enlightened and looked forward to my very first treatment.





17th February 2017



Today marked the beginning of my 6-month treatment plan. Two appointments were scheduled for me: Botox and CoolSculpting. Nice!



Botox



I’ve never came across a doctor that‘s so cool. Dr Burke was both professional and friendly at the same time. I felt very comfortable with her. She’s so informative about what she would be doing that err...wait a minute, isn’t this just Botox jab? I’ve been through a few Botox injections with other clinical doctors over the years and every time it was like ‘in you go, get your jab, and out you go’, sort of a speedy Gonzales thingy. So, it came as a pleasant surprise that Dr Burke actually took time (about 10 minutes) to explain everything I needed to know about Botox and its effects. There was no rush on her part and I felt totally relaxed. She was so adept with the needles that before you knew it, the injections were done. What amazed me further was that she said she would call in a week’s time to check on me. I was like...huh? For Botox? Really? Did I hear wrongly? Oh well, sure. No doctor would do follow up on Botox anyway.



CoolSculpting



Ah! The treatment that I’ve been looking forward to... err... the results I mean. Sarah was my CoolSculpting technician. She’s so nice, humorous and caring that it dissipated my apprehension of the experience to come. She fussed over me and ensured that my comfort had been met at all times. The amenities in the room included a television set, reading materials and music. Tea was also served whilst the treatment was on-going. I felt as if I was in an ‘A’ class ward in a hospital with the best service available at the call of a button. Talking about call button, yep, there’s one in the room too and Sarah pointed it out to me. She popped in and out of the room without being intrusive to make sure I was doing okay. The best part of the treatment was the after massage. On the whole, it was quite a pleasant treatment with a little discomfort as expected from the pinching of the gadgets. Looking forward to see a slimmer self makes any slight discomfort worth it. I can’t wait to see the results in 6 weeks’ time!

True to her word, Dr Burke called to do an after care follow-up on my Botox procedure that I had last week. Wow! That’s what I call “class!” For sure a little gesture speaks volume, but to honor it speaks professionalism! That call gave me a lasting impression of the impeccable services provided by Dr Burke. Kudos to her!

I was a little hesitant at first as this was my first consultation for these types of treatments but I was immediately put at ease with my consultant Jennifer! She was extremely friendly but more importantly upfront with all the benefits and risks around the procedure that I was interested in. As she said, it is good to know "the good, the bad and the ugly!" I am looking forward to seeing her again as I have booked my next appointment!

I underwent Ultheraphy 3 years ago and will be turning 47 this year. I have been told by many people that they would have guessed I was in my 30's. Roberta told me that putting collagen in the bank would come in handy when aging - she was right! I decided to have Ultherapy done again 3 weeks ago and I am hoping to stay looking in my 30's for years to come! Excellent staff and they really care about how you are doing following your procedures. I highly recommend paying them a visit and exploring your options for staying you on the outside!

I received filler from two different doctors at skinpossible, Dr. Burke and Dr. Su, and both were amazing. I like that they have a selection of different fillers so they can help choose which is best for you. The facility is immaculate, I just love coming here!

I have been getting Botox for about 2 years now and decided to try somewhere different and close to home. I scheduled a consultation as I just wanted to get an idea of cost and meet the clinician as well (complimentary consult). The girls at the front desk were very friendly and the clinic is very crisp and clean. I saw Dr Burke who asked me a few questions and also to answer mine. She was very knowledgeable, genuine and really listened to what I was looking for. I found she was conservative with the Botox, which I like, as I want to have the most natural look possible. As a nurse I have heard a lot about Lisa Iverson RN from other health care professionals (its a small community) and about the great reputation she has, as I quote "the very best injector in Calgary". Although I have been a patron of Skinpossible ( for the hydrafacial with Aiden, also excellent) for a few years, but I was still uncertain if I wanted to get fillers as I had a very bad experience previously when a doctor did my tear troughs, and I ended up with bruising for 6-7 weeks . The day of our appointment, I was a little nervous, but once I started to talk to Lisa, I knew she was the person for the job and without hesitation I decided to do it. All I can say is she is the very best, she doesn't try to sell you anything that you don't need, she is honest and kind.

Now all I can say is .... I understand what all the fuss is about when it comes to Lisa and her abilities! Nomination for Skinpossible Big Blue Heart Award 2016, an award given to an individual in recognition of his/her selfless devotion in volunteerism and humanitarian works, closed. The recipient will be awarded with a trophy and $10,000 worth of Skinpossible products and treatments. I was one of the nominees.





5th January 2017



I received a call from Ms Roberta Segar, the owner of Skinpossible Laser & Light Solutions Clinic who congratulated me for being the recipient of the Big Blue Heart Award 2016. My initial reaction was speechlessness with a manageable “wow” and a murmured “thank you”. It then sank in and my eyes were swarmed with glistened droplets of tears. There’s only one word to describe my feelings at that moment. It was ‘thankfulness’. I’m thankful for being alive, for being where I am now as compared to the less privileged, for being in possession of what I have in life, and for being recognized by philanthropic organizations such as Skinpossible that honors unsung heroes. It was a phenomenal day! Added to the fact that Roberta called personally, it’s a reflection of corporate enthusiasm in social responsibility as well as professionalism at its very best!

That magical and ceremonial day of the Award had finally arrived! It was a euphoric and monumental day for me. The warm and intimate reception I received from Roberta and her staff was awesome! The ambience, the attendees, the decor, and the attention rendered even down to minute details such as special orders of cupcakes with blue icings in heart shapes totally floored me. I was reduced to silent tears when I saw a huge poster measuring 3 ½ by 2 ½ ft featuring colored photographs with write-ups of my span of years in volunteerism. It was a tribute made specifically for me. Speechlessness was an understatement!



Roberta’s speech exuberated with warm sincerity in recognizing and celebrating my selfless devotion, time, and effort in helping the less privileged. It was indeed a poignant moment. When I beheld the crystal trophy, I could feel all my years of volunteerism surged within the refractions of crystallized lights in colorful and darting rays dancing happily within the prism. It seemed surreal. As for the $10,000 ‘cheque’ printed on a foamex board, I now had it framed on my wall! I never thought one day I would be on the receiving end. In my years in social service, I would at times be the one passing out cheques or donation-in-kinds to others. It’s a great feeling to be able to experience for once, the sensation of receiving a cheque foamex board for myself!



What’s truly remarkable about the whole event on this day was that Skinpossible was celebrating me and my achievements, not about Skinpossible! It was indeed a great honor and I felt privileged!

The follow up came almost immediately after the ceremony. A most polite receptionist called to make an appointment for me to meet up with a consultant for treatments and products. I was totally impressed!





1st February 2017



It’s consultation day! The ever polite and smiling receptionists welcomed me with great enthusiasm. It’s a good feeling to be remembered! Tea was offered and the wait was almost non-existent from the appointed time. Linda, my consultant approached me and happily ushered me into the consultation room. As I was awarded $10,000 for ‘disbursement’ towards treatments and products, the consultation took 2 ½ hours. I was treated with great respect throughout. My views and apprehensions were addressed and taken into consideration in working out the best treatment plan for me. Linda was very efficient and knowledgeable in her products. She patiently explained and guided me through the process of each treatment. She made the otherwise long consultation seemed effortless in an easy breezy manner. Working together with me, a treatment package specifically tailored to my needs was developed. It would take about 6 months to complete the whole package. Though a little overwhelmed with so much information, I was totally enlightened and looked forward to my very first treatment.





17th February 2017



Today marked the beginning of my 6-month treatment plan. Two appointments were scheduled for me: Botox and CoolSculpting. Nice!



Botox



I’ve never came across a doctor that‘s so cool. Dr Burke was both professional and friendly at the same time. I felt very comfortable with her. She’s so informative about what she would be doing that err...wait a minute, isn’t this just Botox jab? I’ve been through a few Botox injections with other clinical doctors over the years and every time it was like ‘in you go, get your jab, and out you go’, sort of a speedy Gonzales thingy. So, it came as a pleasant surprise that Dr Burke actually took time (about 10 minutes) to explain everything I needed to know about Botox and its effects. There was no rush on her part and I felt totally relaxed. She was so adept with the needles that before you knew it, the injections were done. What amazed me further was that she said she would call in a week’s time to check on me. I was like...huh? For Botox? Really? Did I hear wrongly? Oh well, sure. No doctor would do follow up on Botox anyway.



CoolSculpting



Ah! The treatment that I’ve been looking forward to... err... the results I mean. Sarah was my CoolSculpting technician. She’s so nice, humorous and caring that it dissipated my apprehension of the experience to come. She fussed over me and ensured that my comfort had been met at all times. The amenities in the room included a television set, reading materials and music. Tea was also served whilst the treatment was on-going. I felt as if I was in an ‘A’ class ward in a hospital with the best service available at the call of a button. Talking about call button, yep, there’s one in the room too and Sarah pointed it out to me. She popped in and out of the room without being intrusive to make sure I was doing okay. The best part of the treatment was the after massage. On the whole, it was quite a pleasant treatment with a little discomfort as expected from the pinching of the gadgets. Looking forward to see a slimmer self makes any slight discomfort worth it. I can’t wait to see the results in 6 weeks’ time!

True to her word, Dr Burke called to do an after care follow-up on my Botox procedure that I had last week. Wow! That’s what I call “class!” For sure a little gesture speaks volume, but to honor it speaks professionalism! That call gave me a lasting impression of the impeccable services provided by Dr Burke. I was a little hesitant at first as this was my first consultation for these types of treatments but I was immediately put at ease with my consultant Jennifer! She was extremely friendly but more importantly upfront with all the benefits and risks around the procedure that I was interested in. As she said, it is good to know "the good, the bad and the ugly!" I am looking forward to seeing her again as I have booked my next appointment!

I underwent Ultheraphy 3 years ago and will be turning 47 this year. I have been told by many people that they would have guessed I was in my 30's. Roberta told me that putting collagen in the bank would come in handy when aging - she was right! I decided to have Ultherapy done again 3 weeks ago and I am hoping to stay looking in my 30's for years to come! Excellent staff and they really care about how you are doing following your procedures. I highly recommend paying them a visit and exploring your options for staying you on the outside!

I received filler from two different doctors at skinpossible, Dr. Burke and Dr. Su, and both were amazing. I like that they have a selection of different fillers so they can help choose which is best for you. The facility is immaculate, I just love coming here!

I have been getting Botox for about 2 years now and decided to try somewhere different and close to home. I scheduled a consultation as I just wanted to get an idea of cost and meet the clinician as well (complimentary consult). The girls at the front desk were very friendly and the clinic is very crisp and clean. I saw Dr Burke who asked me a few questions and also to answer mine. She was very knowledgeable, genuine and really listened to what I was looking for. I found she was conservative with the Botox, which I like, as I want to have the most natural look possible. She was gentle and explained everything very well. I am extremely happy with the result and also relieved it did not cost hundreds of dollars without compromising treatment/quality. The girl upfront was also super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning for all of my future Botox treatments and who knows what else I'll try down the road (they offer a lot of different treatments). Nomination for Skinpossible Big Blue Heart Award 2016, an award given to an individual in recognition of his/her selfless devotion in volunteerism and humanitarian works, closed. The recipient will be awarded with a trophy and $10,000 worth of Skinpossible products and treatments. I was one of the nominees.





5th January 2017



I received a call from Ms Roberta Segar, the owner of Skinpossible Laser & Light Solutions Clinic who congratulated me for being the recipient of the Big Blue Heart Award 2016. My initial reaction was speechlessness with a manageable “wow” and a murmured “thank you”. It then sank in and my eyes were swarmed with glistened droplets of tears. There’s only one word to describe my feelings at that moment. It was ‘thankfulness’. I’m thankful for being alive, for being where I am now as compared to the less privileged, for being in possession of what I have in life, and for being recognized by philanthropic organizations such as Skinpossible that honors unsung heroes. It was a phenomenal day! Added to the fact that Roberta called personally, it’s a reflection of corporate enthusiasm in social responsibility as well as professionalism at its very best!

That magical and ceremonial day of the Award had finally arrived! It was a euphoric and monumental day for me. The warm and intimate reception I received from Roberta and her staff was awesome! The ambience, the attendees, the decor, and the attention rendered even down to minute details such as special orders of cupcakes with blue icings in heart shapes totally floored me. I was reduced to silent tears when I saw a huge poster measuring 3 ½ by 2 ½ ft featuring colored photographs with write-ups of my span of years in volunteerism. It was a tribute made specifically for me. Speechlessness was an understatement!



Roberta’s speech exuberated with warm sincerity in recognizing and celebrating my selfless devotion, time, and effort in helping the less privileged. It was indeed a poignant moment. When I beheld the crystal trophy, I could feel all my years of volunteerism surged within the refractions of crystallized lights in colorful and darting rays dancing happily within the prism. It seemed surreal. As for the $10,000 ‘cheque’ printed on a foamex board, I now had it framed on my wall! I never thought one day I would be on the receiving end. In my years in social service, I would at times be the one passing out cheques or donation-in-kinds to others. It’s a great feeling to be able to experience for once, the sensation of receiving a cheque foamex board for myself!



What’s truly remarkable about the whole event on this day was that Skinpossible was celebrating me and my achievements, not about Skinpossible! It was indeed a great honor and I felt privileged!





27th January 2017



The follow up came almost immediately after the ceremony. A most polite receptionist called to make an appointment for me to meet up with a consultant for treatments and products. I was totally impressed!





1st February 2017



It’s consultation day! The ever polite and smiling receptionists welcomed me with great enthusiasm. It’s a good feeling to be remembered! Tea was offered and the wait was almost non-existent from the appointed time. Linda, my consultant approached me and happily ushered me into the consultation room. As I was awarded $10,000 for ‘disbursement’ towards treatments and products, the consultation took 2 ½ hours. I was treated with great respect throughout. My views and apprehensions were addressed and taken into consideration in working out the best treatment plan for me. Linda was very efficient and knowledgeable in her products. She patiently explained and guided me through the process of each treatment. She made the otherwise long consultation seemed effortless in an easy breezy manner. Working together with me, a treatment package specifically tailored to my needs was developed. It would take about 6 months to complete the whole package. Though a little overwhelmed with so much information, I was totally enlightened and looked forward to my very first treatment.





17th February 2017



Today marked the beginning of my 6-month treatment plan. Two appointments were scheduled for me: Botox and CoolSculpting. Nice!



Botox



I’ve never came across a doctor that‘s so cool. Dr Burke was both professional and friendly at the same time. I felt very comfortable with her. She’s so informative about what she would be doing that err...wait a minute, isn’t this just Botox jab? I’ve been through a few Botox injections with other clinical doctors over the years and every time it was like ‘in you go, get your jab, and out you go’, sort of a speedy Gonzales thingy. So, it came as a pleasant surprise that Dr Burke actually took time (about 10 minutes) to explain everything I needed to know about Botox and its effects. There was no rush on her part and I felt totally relaxed. She was so adept with the needles that before you knew it, the injections were done. What amazed me further was that she said she would call in a week’s time to check on me. I was like...huh? For Botox? Really? Did I hear wrongly? Oh well, sure. No doctor would do follow up on Botox anyway.



CoolSculpting



Ah! The treatment that I’ve been looking forward to... err... the results I mean. Sarah was my CoolSculpting technician. She’s so nice, humorous and caring that it dissipated my apprehension of the experience to come. She fussed over me and ensured that my comfort had been met at all times. The amenities in the room included a television set, reading materials and music. Tea was also served whilst the treatment was on-going. I felt as if I was in an ‘A’ class ward in a hospital with the best service available at the call of a button. Talking about call button, yep, there’s one in the room too and Sarah pointed it out to me. She popped in and out of the room without being intrusive to make sure I was doing okay. The best part of the treatment was the after massage. On the whole, it was quite a pleasant treatment with a little discomfort as expected from the pinching of the gadgets. Looking forward to see a slimmer self makes any slight discomfort worth it. I can’t wait to see the results in 6 weeks’ time!

True to her word, Dr Burke called to do an after care follow-up on my Botox procedure that I had last week. Wow! That’s what I call “class!” For sure a little gesture speaks volume, but to honor it speaks professionalism! That call gave me a lasting impression of the impeccable services provided by Dr Burke. I was a little hesitant at first as this was my first consultation for these types of treatments but I was immediately put at ease with my consultant Jennifer! She was extremely friendly but more importantly upfront with all the benefits and risks around the procedure that I was interested in. As she said, it is good to know "the good, the bad and the ugly!" I am looking forward to seeing her again as I have booked my next appointment!

I underwent Ultheraphy 3 years ago and will be turning 47 this year. I have been told by many people that they would have guessed I was in my 30's. Roberta told me that putting collagen in the bank would come in handy when aging - she was right! I decided to have Ultherapy done again 3 weeks ago and I am hoping to stay looking in my 30's for years to come! Excellent staff and they really care about how you are doing following your procedures. I highly recommend paying them a visit and exploring your options for staying you on the outside!

I received filler from two different doctors at skinpossible, Dr. Burke and Dr. Su, and both were amazing. I like that they have a selection of different fillers so they can help choose which is best for you. The facility is immaculate, I just love coming here!

I have been getting Botox for about 2 years now and decided to try somewhere different and close to home. I scheduled a consultation as I just wanted to get an idea of cost and meet the clinician as well (complimentary consult). The girls at the front desk were very friendly and the clinic is very crisp and clean. I saw Dr Burke who asked me a few questions and also to answer mine. She was very knowledgeable, genuine and really listened to what I was looking for. I found she was conservative with the Botox, which I like, as I want to have the most natural look possible. She was gentle and explained everything very well. I am extremely happy with the result and also relieved it did not cost hundreds of dollars without compromising treatment/quality. The girl upfront was also super friendly and welcoming. Nomination for Skinpossible Big Blue Heart Award 2016, an award given to an individual in recognition of his/her selfless devotion in volunteerism and humanitarian works, closed. The recipient will be awarded with a trophy and $10,000 worth of Skinpossible products and treatments. I was one of the nominees.





5th January 2017



I received a call from Ms Roberta Segar, the owner of Skinpossible Laser & Light Solutions Clinic who congratulated me for being the recipient of the Big Blue Heart Award 2016. My initial reaction was speechlessness with a manageable “wow” and a murmured “thank you”. It then sank in and my eyes were swarmed with glistened droplets of tears. There’s only one word to describe my feelings at that moment. It was ‘thankfulness’. I’m thankful for being alive, for being where I am now as compared to the less privileged, for being in possession of what I have in life, and for being recognized by philanthropic organizations such as Skinpossible that honors unsung heroes. It was a phenomenal day! Added to the fact that Roberta called personally, it’s a reflection of corporate enthusiasm in social responsibility as well as professionalism at its very best!





25th January 2017



That magical and ceremonial day of the Award had finally arrived! It was a euphoric and monumental day for me. The warm and intimate reception I received from Roberta and her staff was awesome! The ambience, the attendees, the decor, and the attention rendered even down to minute details such as special orders of cupcakes with blue icings in heart shapes totally floored me. I was reduced to silent tears when I saw a huge poster measuring 3 ½ by 2 ½ ft featuring colored photographs with write-ups of my span of years in volunteerism. It was a tribute made specifically for me. Speechlessness was an understatement!



Roberta’s speech exuberated with warm sincerity in recognizing and celebrating my selfless devotion, time, and effort in helping the less privileged. It was indeed a poignant moment. When I beheld the crystal trophy, I could feel all my years of volunteerism surged within the refractions of crystallized lights in colorful and darting rays dancing happily within the prism. It seemed surreal. As for the $10,000 ‘cheque’ printed on a foamex board, I now had it framed on my wall! I never thought one day I would be on the receiving end. In my years in social service, I would at times be the one passing out cheques or donation-in-kinds to others. It’s a great feeling to be able to experience for once, the sensation of receiving a cheque foamex board for myself!



What’s truly remarkable about the whole event on this day was that Skinpossible was celebrating me and my achievements, not about Skinpossible! It was indeed a great honor and I felt privileged!





27th January 2017



The follow up came almost immediately after the ceremony. A most polite receptionist called to make an appointment for me to meet up with a consultant for treatments and products. I was totally impressed!





1st February 2017



It’s consultation day! The ever polite and smiling receptionists welcomed me with great enthusiasm. It’s a good feeling to be remembered! Tea was offered and the wait was almost non-existent from the appointed time. Linda, my consultant approached me and happily ushered me into the consultation room. As I was awarded $10,000 for ‘disbursement’ towards treatments and products, the consultation took 2 ½ hours. I was treated with great respect throughout. My views and apprehensions were addressed and taken into consideration in working out the best treatment plan for me. Linda was very efficient and knowledgeable in her products. She patiently explained and guided me through the process of each treatment. She made the otherwise long consultation seemed effortless in an easy breezy manner. Working together with me, a treatment package specifically tailored to my needs was developed. It would take about 6 months to complete the whole package. Though a little overwhelmed with so much information, I was totally enlightened and looked forward to my very first treatment.





17th February 2017



Today marked the beginning of my 6-month treatment plan. Two appointments were scheduled for me: Botox and CoolSculpting. Nice!



Botox



I’ve never came across a doctor that‘s so cool. Dr Burke was both professional and friendly at the same time. I felt very comfortable with her. She’s so informative about what she would be doing that err...wait a minute, isn’t this just Botox jab? I’ve been through a few Botox injections with other clinical doctors over the years and every time it was like ‘in you go, get your jab, and out you go’, sort of a speedy Gonzales thingy. So, it came as a pleasant surprise that Dr Burke actually took time (about 10 minutes) to explain everything I needed to know about Botox and its effects. There was no rush on her part and I felt totally relaxed. She was so adept with the needles that before you knew it, the injections were done. What amazed me further was that she said she would call in a week’s time to check on me. I was like...huh? For Botox? Really? Did I hear wrongly? Oh well, sure. No doctor would do follow up on Botox anyway.



CoolSculpting



Ah! The treatment that I’ve been looking forward to... err... the results I mean. Sarah was my CoolSculpting technician. She’s so nice, humorous and caring that it dissipated my apprehension of the experience to come. She fussed over me and ensured that my comfort had been met at all times. The amenities in the room included a television set, reading materials and music. Tea was also served whilst the treatment was on-going. I felt as if I was in an ‘A’ class ward in a hospital with the best service available at the call of a button. Talking about call button, yep, there’s one in the room too and Sarah pointed it out to me. She popped in and out of the room without being intrusive to make sure I was doing okay. The best part of the treatment was the after massage. On the whole, it was quite a pleasant treatment with a little discomfort as expected from the pinching of the gadgets. Looking forward to see a slimmer self makes any slight discomfort worth it. I can’t wait to see the results in 6 weeks’ time!

True to her word, Dr Burke called to do an after care follow-up on my Botox procedure that I had last week. Wow! That’s what I call “class!” For sure a little gesture speaks volume, but to honor it speaks professionalism! That call gave me a lasting impression of the impeccable services provided by Dr Burke. Kudos to her!

I was a little hesitant at first as this was my first consultation for these types of treatments but I was immediately put at ease with my consultant Jennifer! She was extremely friendly but more importantly upfront with all the benefits and risks around the procedure that I was interested in. As she said, it is good to know "the good, the bad and the ugly!" I am looking forward to seeing her again as I have booked my next appointment!

I underwent Ultheraphy 3 years ago and will be turning 47 this year. I have been told by many people that they would have guessed I was in my 30's. Roberta told me that putting collagen in the bank would come in handy when aging - she was right! I decided to have Ultherapy done again 3 weeks ago and I am hoping to stay looking in my 30's for years to come! Excellent staff and they really care about how you are doing following your procedures. I highly recommend paying them a visit and exploring your options for staying you on the outside!

I received filler from two different doctors at skinpossible, Dr. Burke and Dr. Su, and both were amazing. I like that they have a selection of different fillers so they can help choose which is best for you. The facility is immaculate, I just love coming here!

I love love Roberta and her team. They are caring , kind, and are so friendly. I look amazing so much younger than my age and my skin is soft . The best thing is no surgery, I'm so grateful to all of you hope to see you soon.

I have never had a bad experience at Skinpossible! Everyone I have seen has treated me amazingly and I have always felt so comfortable booking my next appointment. They are such a well trained, knowledgable and amazing group of girls! : )

I have been getting Botox for about 2 years now and decided to try somewhere different and close to home. I scheduled a consultation as I just wanted to get an idea of cost and meet the clinician as well (complimentary consult). The girls at the front desk were very friendly and the clinic is very crisp and clean. I saw Dr Burke who asked me a few questions and also to answer mine. She was very knowledgeable, genuine and really listened to what I was looking for. I found she was conservative with the Botox, which I like, as I want to have the most natural look possible. She was gentle and explained everything very well. I am extremely happy with the result and also relieved it did not cost hundreds of dollars without compromising treatment/quality. The girl upfront was also super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning for all of my future Botox treatments and who knows what else I'll try down the road (they offer a lot of different treatments). I will also recommend and refer them to friends and family!!!

I had my first consultation for coolsculpting today. I was incredibly nervous an unsure if this type of treatment would be right for me. Jennifer helped dissipate all my fears. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the process start to finish answering all of my questions along the way. Not only was Jennifer kind and professional, she was very honest with me. I truly appreciated that she did not try to oversell me on treatments that I did not need. Together we came up with a plan that works within my budget to achieve maximum results. I am super thrilled with the results of my filler yesterday. Dr. Peggy was so gentle and reassuring. The new technique is so much less painful than any of my other procedures. Today I have no bruising at all. I am a bit sore in a couple of areas but other than that nothing. Thank you Skinpossible!

As a nurse I have heard a lot about Lisa Iverson RN from other health care professionals (its a small community) and about the great reputation she has, as I quote "the very best injector in Calgary". Although I have been a patron of Skinpossible ( for the hydrafacial with Aiden, also excellent) for a few years, but I was still uncertain if I wanted to get fillers as I had a very bad experience previously when a doctor did my tear troughs, and I ended up with bruising for 6-7 weeks . The day of our appointment, I was a little nervous, but once I started to talk to Lisa, I knew she was the person for the job and without hesitation I decided to do it. All I can say is she is the very best, she doesn't try to sell you anything that you don't need, she is honest and kind.

Now all I can say is .... I understand what all the fuss is about when it comes to Lisa and her abilities! Some of the comments I have heard since my appointment, "Oh you look so rested", "Are you using something new on your face" , "There is just something about you, a glow, that I can't put my finger on..".

If you are thinking about fillers or botox you would be doing a disservice to yourself if you don't see the very best and that is Lisa Iverson RN at Skinpossible.
