Went for our 9th yr anniversary. The front lady messed up my name so messed up the reservation. Gave confirmation code an then it was smokth sailing from there. Had the alberta duo an the stuffed chkn plate. It was superb. My spouse had creme brulee an loved it & I ordered the deep fried cheese cake. Also tried the chz plate for two. Wasnt too fond of the cheese selection but the compote an berries an nuts were good. We were really taken care of an got our window seat requested an it was such an awesome view. 10/10. ��

We had a wonderful dinner. Food was excellent. Service was top of the line. My only complaint was my Long Island iced tea was pretty weak. Everything else was amazing!!!

My boyfriend, and I had a fantastic time. The views were breath taking, and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend eating here!

Loved the experience. We went there on our anniversary on 28th of this month and everything was just great. Our server Dale was just amazing. Loved every bit. Special mention for the dessert. They were just yummmm. �

We were with a group of over 40 people from Texas. Atmosphere was an A+. The views of Calgary were fantastic. Service was very friendly. Food was good but not spectacular. Presentation of their chicken dish made me wish I had gotten it instead of the salmon. This was a special treat and ending to our last night in Canada.

Was passing through on a trip out of Alaska. Saw info about it in Edmonton. Seemed a neat stop to see Calgary at a glance. Visited observation deck first. The glass floor view is a trip for the senses! Went to dinner as the daylight went dark. Service was nice. The deck was not crowded. The music was not great for the setting. Had to wait for awhile on drinks. Seemed the server staff was short. Ordered the special and chicken plate. All good food. Some what worth the fancy dinning price. The rotating floor and view was neat. It's a good way to see the city.

The view was incredible from the restaurant! Saw a bunch of negative reviews about the food so we weren't expecting much. Quality of food and the portions wasn't the best for the price but then again 18$x3 was waived off to go up to the viewing deck so it wasn't that bad. Our server was really nice and friendly. Overall the experience was nice.

Our experience was good, the only bad thing was the hostess at the restaurant which didn't smile and was mute when I asked a question, just sat us down and disappeared. The server was very friendly and knowledgable. We had brunch at noon which surprised us as we were expecting lunch but nevertheless the food was great. We had a traditional breakfast and sky scrambler, the portions were filling, as they had a decent amount of bread as well as hashbrown potatoes. The coffee and pineapple juice was great, we had a nice time celebrating our anniversary with the great rotating overhead views of Calgary.

Had a delightful lunch with seven others. I had the prime rib sandwich. It was very good. Service was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately we had a hazy day and could not see the mountains. Wish the tower was a little taller.

My fiancé took me there for my birthday yesterday & I was expecting it to be a lot better.. the server forgot to ring in my daughters food so we had ours about 10 minutes before our daughters ( we choose to wait for hers so we could all eat together so by the time we ate our steaks they were almost cold..) & the steaks we ordered were not that good either. Potatoes seemed like they were sitting under a heating lamp for a while..

Mediocre service. Lacklustre food. Bad coffee. Still, the view was great, the seats were soft, and my company for lunch was fabulous. All in all, I'm glad it was just a Saturday outing, and not a special occasion. I won't go back.

Becauae beside that, the staff looks unhappy �, glass, cutleries and plates dirties (they changed it). And please! We visited Sky360 for the first time last night to celebrate a birthday with high hopes that it would be a special experience for such an event. $200 later, we left disappointed and unsatisfied. First, we had to wait for our table to be set up even though we had a reservation. Then we waited so long for our drinks to arrive, that the server stated the bartender is backed up. We ordered our food and were told 10-15 minutes later than they ran out of one of the menu items so we would have to change our order. Another 10 minutes passed when the server came back to our table to say that they actually do have some left of that menu item. When our food finally arrived, one of our dishes was cold and the other one was dried out. Extremely underwhelming portions and excessively overpriced. Finally, we were were only just asked if we were celebrating a special occasion when it came time for dessert and upon ordering a dessert wine, we were informed that they no longer carry this wine. Why are there items on the menu that are no longer served? Very unimpressed with this "high end" restaurant. I could have made a better birthday meal at home for half the price.

The food, what a disappointment. Over cooked meats, bland or no flavour at all and less than par product. The restaurant is a rip off. Spend the money to go up to the view point of the tower but I wouldn't recommend spending a dime at sky 360, not even for a drink.

It was our 18 wedding anniversary. We have been to the Sky 360 numerous times for both business and special occasions. The start of the evening was nice. Great view and ambiance as usual. The server was friendly and great. We ordered the Ribeye (our favorite cut of steak) while my daughter got the chicken fingers. It took roughly an hour for the food, which is fine for upscale dining. The unfortunate thing was that our steaks were both overcooked from what was supposed to be medium rare to a medium well. We asked our server and she said it would take considerable time to prepare another. We were hungry and did not want to wait. The thing that irked me the most was my daughters chicken fingers. They were burnt to a crisp. This was possibly the worst dining experience we have ever had. We will never come back and will never recommend this place again.

It was a girls night, so we thought we'd go for a nice fancy dinner at the tower since we've never been. Excited to go and try this place out. Our reservation was at 9pm on Saturday night for four of us. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. We sat down at our lovely table. It probably took a good 10-15 minutes before our server even came to talk to us.. we'd understand if they were super busy but it wasn't. We all ordered drinks. Mojitos and Bellinis. Disgusting. 2 pieces of mint and basically sugar water. The Bellini wasn't a real Bellini, a whole 4oz of liquid, so grossly sweet. And no slush just red sugar in a Champaign flute. They also took 20 mintues to arrive! Never thought Calgary tap water tasted so good. Our food came out pretty fast but also a disappointment. We got three of the Grilled Alberta striploin cooked medium rare- medium.. came out almost blue rare.. could only eat four bites of the steak because it was so tough and chewy and full of fat. And we also got the pork tenderloin.. disappointment again..supposed to come with asparagus not the seasonal vegetables..one if the reasons I got it..so I asked if I miss read the menu and told me know that's what it gets. So I looked back on the menu and it was the asparagus that was supposed to come with this meal. Terrible drinks. Not a very nice server and service. Terrible food. Terrible experience. But beautiful views! Wishing we would have just got pizza for dinner. Would have been way happier with that choice.

I took my wife there for our 4th anniversary. We are from Edmonton and have always enjoyed LaRonde for special occasion so I thought it would be nice to try Calgary’s version...well, it was far from what I expected.



First, the lobby is the size of my kitchen. So, when people are coming off the elevator or waiting for it the area is cramped.



Second, my reservation was for 815. We arrived at 805 and was told there were a few reservations ahead of us and we would be seated soon. We watched 7 groups get seated before I got a text message from the restaurant saying I needed to call within the next 5 minutes or I would loose the table. I showed the message to the hostess who advised that they must have missed checking us in.



Third, the table was a half booth facing the window what was ok. However, they need to was the windows inside a bit more often. They were dirty, streaky and had hand marks all over the place.



Forth, the food. Ordered a large Caesar salad to share. It had good flavour but could have done without the crunch of dirt in 3 of the 4 heads of romaine. My wife order the 8oz and I the chicken supreme. Food came out slightly warm. Not hot but eatable. The steak was ordered medium and came out rare. We sent it back to toss on the grill. Second time out it was medium rare. Overall, the entree quality was ok.



We addressed all concerns with waitress. Obviously she apologized on behalf of the restaurant. However, being in the food industry it would have been nice if the Chef or Sous made an appearance.



We decided dessert was not an option. We got the bill and one of my wife’s glasses of wine was taken off. That’s a bit of an insult where I come from. If you are going to take care of anything you take of the mistake. Don’t try to buy me off with a drink or a dessert. We never asked or expected anything to be looked after.



I would not go back.
