SkyRider Developments is an Edmonton based company specializing in land development, project management, consulting and construction as well as unconventional project management-style developments.

Skyrider Developments is a medium sized land development, project management, and construction company with a mission to challenge the traditional methods of the land development industry. The company specializes in various types of residential land development, as well as multi-family condominium construction and development. Under the direction of SkyRider President, Derek Prue, the company has been involved in the management and /or development of approximately $200 million dollars in projects.

The company operates with a small staff of about a dozen individuals and outsources much of the scope of development work to contractors and engineers. Through Mr. Prue's experience in project management in non-typical circumstances, SkyRider has produced a strong working relationship with First Nations communities and a specialized niche market has emerged as a result.

As an adaptable and emerging company, SkyRider has proficiencies extending beyond the First Nations housing sector. The company develops municipal subdivision lots, country acreages, medium density condominiums and residential real estate. SkyRider has expanded into new sectors and geographic regions. The current Condominium project in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, has launched SkyRider to a new level.
