Many enhancements are taking place at the gym this week, please be patient with us as we work around you. 1. We have setup two additional spin bikes in the studio, they’re up and running now. 2. We have purchased an all terrain sled “Torque Tank” but we are waiting on the accessories to put it into use. For those that have seen it around, it’s the Tank in the office which loads up with 45lbs plates and a harness, TRX, or pull rope for some ultimate functional training. 3. A...lso later this week we will be installing mirrors and a projector screen in the studio. 4. We have added two sets of heavy duty Collars, Odour Neutralizers & a new weight scale.
We will be repairing/calibrating the old scale but we would like to ask our members to reset the scale to Zero to save us the repairs caused by leaving the scale continuously loaded.

I would like to apologize for the past few weeks for the less than standard service that you are accustomed to at Champions Health & Fitness. We couldn’t have had a rougher time with equipment failures, software updates & glitches, medical emergencies, and weather catastrophes. Hopefully this storm of events is behind us now and we are back at doing what we do best; offering great service, clean facility, and well managed fitness gym for all of our members to enjoy. Maybe biased as an owner but since the opening of the gym and the stress of running a new business; my blood pressure is back to normal and the healthiest I ever been.

13-14 years since graduating from university and doing nothing but work on the road, it's great to have this fun positive environment of meeting follow Slave Lakers and doing something that promotes healthier life style.

I love this place. The technology is amazing. Being able to watch tv while working out helps the time pass - the individual screens makes it possible for me to watch what I want.

I absolutely love this place!! It's clean, bright and welcoming. The equipment is new and very advanced. I love being able to track my fitness on all the cardio machines. It's my happy place.

Having just run a powerlifting meet this past weekend at this gym I must say I love the facility. It has everything a lifter needs and more. It also has every type of equipment needed for anyone wanting to get fitter and stronger.

Abdul and his entire crew run the brightest and cleanest gym this powerlifter has ever been in, and the energy is positive. If you are in Slave Lake you must go to Champions and train.

Great experience signing up todayfirst workout of many to come! Wonderful equipment
