Hubby and I first became Sleep Boutique customers in 2017 when we decided to have a custom mattress made. Hubby needs something firmer then I do so Sleep Boutique created us the mattress to suit our unique needs. Since then we have been back to buy our fave pillows that have been left in hotel rooms and eaten by dogs. Today my husband messaged them and asked if they had any appointments available cause our dog ate both our pillows. Colin came in and met us even though he was off today.
We mentioned today that we should probably look at getting a new mattress and Colin said no way! We don’t need a full new mattress we just need a refresh.
He could have easily said “yes” let’s make you spend a bunch of money. But nope the Sleep Boutique actually cares about its customers.

We will be Sleep Boutique customers for life!

I recently was a customer at Sleep Boutique and I was very satisfied. I had brought in a King Size mattress (originally purchased from Labbe Bedding, Sleep Boutique's former name) inquiring about down sizing to Queen using same material. They were very accommodating as they could have easily encouraged me to buy new but instead first insured that it was still in good form and then filled my request. Also charged me less than the original phone quote. The results were excellent and I also appreciated the friendly staff and beautiful open showroom. I highly recommend this local and well established company to anyone needing their services.

With my husband liking a firm mattress and a softer side for me, Sleep Boutique was the perfect place to go!! We both are having such excellent sleep that we should of done this years ago. A huge thank you to Colin who's customer service went beyond awesome to make sure this mattress was perfect for us...and that he did. !!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful from the ladies up front, to the nice gentleman who helped me load the pieces of the bed in my truck. Thank you all very much :)

After having the waterbed spring a leak in the seam we had to go shopping for a mattress after 40 years. Yes, original bladder and heater! It was overwhelming. We looked at a few stores, then decided to research if there was a company making mattresses locally. We found Sleep Boutique with Google and discovered they had been in business since 1976. The reviews were good so we went in. We chose the pocket coils and toppers we wanted, were given a tour of how they were going to make our matress and we met the employees building our bed. We were told we had 120 days to decide if we wanted to change anything and we did, twice. They were always professional and kind. We even have a 15 year warranty!

During the early part of our pandemic, I started to explore replacing my 35+ year old mattress. Like many folks, I went to various places, yet was quite touched by my experience at Sleep Boutique on a couple of occasions. I loved the chance to try laying on different mattresses, the friendly, no rush atmosphere, and the fact they are locally made. I narrowed things down to either an Orchid or Empress mattress, yet didn’t make my decision.

Fast forward to late March this year, I received a phone call from my Alberta Health Services surgeon’s office offering my hip surgery date later in April, which I quickly accepted. I had noticed in my big surgery preparation book that it was highly recommended not to sleep on a soft mattress (which at 35+ years old, I definitely had), so off to Sleep Boutique I went.

I acquired an Orchid queen mattress, having had the benefit of April’s wonderful experience to help zero in on the best configuration for me. I was pleased to receive delivery 3 days before my surgery, and upon arriving home have never had better sleeps in my life. I love the ability to try different configurations of foam, yet haven’t had to play with this much, as what I have for my side of the bed is immensely comfortable.

I so appreciated the high professionalism of Sleep Boutique, from their high quality products, to their knowledgeable, friendly, no-rush sales support, that the owner (Colin) has his office attached to the showroom and takes time to meet customers, and to their delivery team. I also really appreciated the reviews by others who have shared such positive experiences with this organization.

If anyone is embarking on acquiring a new mattress, I highly recommend they contact, and ideally head to, Sleep Boutique. If my experience is any indication, I sense these people will be very pleased they did!!

Great products! Great customer service! We purchased our bed last May and during the following months we were able to make several adjustments to reach the desired comfort level. Colin and his team made our experience totally Great! We highly recommend this local business.

Update!

When I bought my bed a few years ago at Sleep Boutique I thought it would be the last bed I would buy for at least 20+ years as it was perfect. Well... I got married and needed to upgrade from a queen to a king size. So, with the wife, we set off to visit Colin for a new bed. I was thinking of getting the same mattress but in a king size and using the old queen for our guest room. When we got there Colin showed us his newest creation, a modular bed. What is a modular bed? It's a Sleep Boutique invention. It has three separate zones for both sides of the bed. So my side can have three different firmness zones (legs, hips, back) that can be completely different from my wife's. And with two foam layers in each zone there is so many combinations you can test to find the perfect comfort level specifically for you. It's been two months and my sleeps have been great in my even more perfect bed for me. And the wife loves her side too.

I bought a mattress from Sleep Boutique almost a year ago. It is by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. In the past I have purchased beds that were memory foam to big brand names with pillow tops. They would be comfortable for the first couple of weeks but then as my back adjusted to them the mattress would just not be quite right. When I went to Sleep Boutique, Colin had me try out many different bed comfort levels. He explained how specific mattress firmness would be best for the sleeping positions I most slept in (side and stomach). He had me lay on the mattress in their showroom until I knew which mattress was most comfortable for me. I really appreciate the time Colin spent explaining what he thought would work best for me (and he was correct) and how they make their mattresses. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to visit Sleep Boutique.

Could not be any happier! We went with a modular foam bed that allows us to turn, flip and rotate the foam pieces to dramatically extend the life of the mattress. We love it and no longer wake up in the middle of the night tossing and turning (aside from the babies waking us up). At first we ended up choosing something a little too firm and they stuck to there word with no effort on our part to switch out a few pieces to make sure we were happy. Best mattress experience you will find anywhere!!!!

Great product and great services! The latex mattress is the best we have ever had. No more back pain for my husband. The crib mattress is reversible with one side of waterproof. It is so easy to clean. My son happily sleeps and plays on it. We also enjoyed the whole shopping and communication experience with Vanessa and Collin.

We have spent about 10k over 15 years trying to find a comfortable mattress and hundreds more hauling the old ones to the landfill. Finally, after my wife had to sleep in a chair we discovered a CUSTOM mattress maker. Modular units? What a concept. A custom mattress with as many section as you like , one , two three, and if your back need more support you just replace one of the three modules ($60.00) If your mattress gets stained you unzip the cover and throw it in the washer. If it gets torn, replace the bamboo cover. Any size, soft or extra firm. My wife sleeps like a dream. Thanks to Colin and the staff.

Service over the past 3 years has remained a constant 5 star! All 3 purchases have gone extremely smooth with the staff wanting the best solution for me every time

Sales people at Sleep Boutique were very helpful. We ordered a custom mattress, medium on one side and firm on the other. Plus it was made to fit the European bed that we have. Have been using the mattress for a month, at first I found it a little too firm, but have now adjusted to it and am happy with it.
