Excellent customer service and very good price ! no pressure and very qualified staff

Sean helped us pick me & hubby's mattress for our new home last month. First of all, thank you sleep country for hiring someone like Sean. Very professional, no pressure, super friendly and most importantly very honest sales person. We got our delivery fast and even the delivery guys where so friendly and very professional ( they wore the shoe protector when they came in our apartment so they dont step in with their boots). And the mattress is something out of this world. The comfort is unbelievable you lay down for 5 min and your fast asleep, we even struggle to wakeup! I never wrote a review before but I just wokeup and knew I have to give credit where it's due. Sean & sleep country, thank you again :)

The reason for this rating is not the company or the service itself. It seems like the upper management is NOT willing to train their sales people properly.

I was looking for a mattress for my back problems since I was in a horrible car accident back in 2009. I expected the salesman to at least acknowledge my problem and let me stay in the beds for a longer than anticipated time.

I did force it a little so I got the timing I was looking for, but the point is that the a sale should NEVER be forced. I had work training so I had to leave Calgary, but when I came back I bought one from the Brick because they took the time to educate me in helping me to choose the best mattress for the best price.

See, I'm a value shopper I don't care about the price, but the salesman insisted on dropping the price when he sensed that I wasn't gonna buy. I was actually on the verge of making that decision if he had taken the time to understand my problem instead of insisting on a price point and making me feel like I either don't have money or not worth the time or effort.

I'll buy again in the future maybe even from Sleep Country but not from this location.

I went in with acute lower back pain, and had some affordable suggestions presented to me. After being shown the split Dormeo I knew would have comfort for life. Amazing well informed staff, no pressure and very proffessional. I would definately recommend to anyone in need of an excellent nights sleep. Bravo guys.

These guys know their stuff, amazing quality in the different types of mattresses, we had a lot of pain in our backs from previous beds, we found the solution to fix it was a lifestyle or adjustable bases, totally fixed it with a dormeo mattress, pain free, love these guys.
