We received a knowledgeable and professional service from the sales process till delivery. The sales executive showed a lot of knowledgeable and friendly style really helping customers instead of being pushy and cheap like in some other stablishments. Highly recommended.

Great experience working with Sean. He took us through all the options and helped us pick out the perfect mattress for an awesome price. I would highly recommend him for the excellent customer service and product knowledge he has.

We went this store about a month ago to buy a mattress.
The sales representative, Cole, was super friendly and helpful, no pushing on purchase.
We were explaining him about our situation, building a new home so we had to wait for another 3 months to receive the mattress, and he was willingly put the product on hold in the warehouse-no charge, and even checked if there is any available item with deeper discounts.

With the mattress purchase, linen items were 40% off until delivery date(This was explained by sales representative as well) so we went again yesterday to buy bed sheet sets and pillows and as soon as he saw us, he said "Welcome BACK" with my hubby's name!!
It's been a month and he still remembered the product we've purchased and offered to give us newly upgraded model with no additional charge.

I haven't been to any other locations so can't compare to others, but I highly highly recommend the one on 17th Ave, this sales man definitely knows how to deal with customers.

Since we still need to wait 2 more months to move in, I will leave further feedback once I receive the mattress.

Very helpful staff, not pushy at all. They make suggestions, but don't try to up sell you on anything.

I never usually give such a low rating, but I suggest to take your business elsewhere. When I was looking for a bed, I rarely see sales people with such a bad attitude. Once I said I was shopping around and have been to other bed places and sleep countries. He disengaged conversation so fast and walked away, it was rude. Won't return, nor should you give your business to this sleep country.

always the same thing, trial first, and then pushing you to buy the mattress in the spot. Always the hotel deal, blahblahblah
