Sleep Country

Bought a high end mattress here 3 years ago but it started to give my girlfriend and I lower back pain in the mornings even though it was very comfortable to fall asleep on. I went back the other day and described the problem to a sales associate and try and buy a new mattress. He felt bad the first one hadn't worked out after checking the sales record, and offered a very nice discount on another one of our choosing. That is customer service above and beyond in my humble opinion.

Won't but a bed anywhere else. Best guarantee, never an issue. Always had knowledgeable staff.

Beds were fine but bathrooms were gross and the sales experience was slightly strange.

Bought an expensive pillow for my wife because she had a significant neck/head surgery in the past. Immediately gave her headaches. Tried to return pillow but refused. Never informed us of policy prior to purchase. Disappointed in store policy.

Had a wonderful experience with this location. The salesman, Jack, was wonderful to deal with. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. Will definitely return and would recommend this location
