The manager was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this location!

We went to sleep country to "look" at a new mattress and ended up buying a mattress, pillows and sheets. The customer service we received from Jessica and Darren was outstanding!! We would highly recommend going to this location, they were all friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. Can't wait for our new bed!

My mom walked in and ordered a bed for my brother for University in Kingston. The manager found me exactly what I wanted for an amazing price. Delivery included! Great start to the school year!

I went into this store with my 11 year old niece. Someone whom I assumed to be the store manager by the way he spoke about "his store" came over and handed us a couple of sanitary pillow covers as we were testing out a bed. He was completely condescending and dismissive and didn't even attempt to help us. I think he took one look at us and decided we weren't serious customers and as such were not worth his time. Little did he know I am 100% serious about wanting a tempurpedic and I am more than able to afford one. I will go spend my $5000 + somewhere else thanks, and I would recommend others do so as well.

Our mattress set was delivered a couple of weeks after placing the order, which also included a frame. By the delivery date, we had decided to forego the frame. We were told by the leader of the delivery team that someone from the store would call to sort it out. We have yet to receive that call. I did leave a message today but did not receive a call back.

We did eventually get a phone call, however there was no mention as to why arrangements for the refund were not made right away. The cheque is supposed to be in the mail. Waiting.

Jimmy is very defensive when approached with concerns/queries/issues, as well as the 30-something (?) female employee who I spoke with on the phone (she was defensive but also pretty rude).

There was an error made, not anyone's fault really ~ but when I tried to get the issue resolved they immediately took defense. Ironic because I was not aggressive or rude or mean in anyway. Annoying because I had to reiterate that I wasn't mad, and simply needed to know how to fix the issue. I spent $5000+ over 3 years at this store. I will go elsewhere with our purchases going forward.
