Amazing customer service! We went in to buy a mattress and were greeted by Rob Eriksen who is very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses they carry. Rob was very helpful and helped us make a decision. We did not feel rushed or pushed to buy! We had enough time, information and choices to pick from. Thank you Rob and Sleep Country!

Spent $600 on a box-spring and mattress here less than a year and a half ago. Didn't even last till I finished my degree! The box-spring fell inside itself and had about 30 little springs poked through the mattress and into my back like spikes! Not a great way to wake up! I saw that it was kind of collapsing about 6 months ago and called their customer service and was told to wait till it breaks lol. Should have just went to Sears...

Excellent customer service and a great quality adjustable bed from Sleep County Canada at the brentwood location for the price!! Me and my wife were greeted by Shirley and we explained we were looking for an adjustable bed within our budget. Shirley was very professional when we were approached and was intune to our needs rather than just making a sale. We got exactly what we came here for and are very happy with the products we purchased including pillows and sheets. Will definitely shop there again to see Shirley for the great service, great products and excellent professionalism that we received while shopping at Sleep Country.

Excellent information and service from "Mike". Second purchase and more to come. Delivery was within the 3 hour window, called when they were 30 mins out, and they were so professional and fast. Awesome! Will certainly buy from him again as stated.

Bought a king mattress in full at the Stampede through them, reassured we'd have it in a week with no charges on delivery. ( that was near the beginning of July )
- they called us twice prior confirming address
- they called us the day before delivery to say wait a sec... ooops, we don't have an actual mattress "due to factory inventory"
- we cooperate and postpone a few weeks later.
- in the mean time we picked out a headboard set at the store to be delivered with the mattress.
- they call again after confirmation of delivery, oooops we dont have the headboard set to deliver. so we'll deliver the mattress without it.
- they charged us $50 for having it delivered in the morning which wasn't supposed to happen considering it was compensation for their first screw up.
- I called to get it refunded and was argued with and told it was just a necessity to have it listed on the invoice but it was taken out of the cost of the mattress... Weird considering we paid in full already from day one.
- finally the headboard gets delivered and set up and I spent time crunching the numbers to see if we were overcharged in the end as I thought.
- yup, called in to get the refund and was argued with again and told many times over and over that it wasn't an overcharge. After arguing for ten minutes they finally read the paperwork and validated that it was an overcharge and it wasn't meant to happen....
- now entering September, I still haven't received my refund.....

Time quoted to receive product once ordered = 1 week/10 days
Total time it actually took = 4 weeks with many of hiccups! and still an outstanding refund.

The staff were polite in person and did try to compensate for their many problems but I'd rather the job be done right without hiccups than a reassurement of something that doesn't happen.......
