Sleep Country

After purchasing pillows and bamboo sheets from Sleep Country, our next step was to buy a mattress. In February, of this year, our sales associate, Rob LaRose, guided us through the purchase of a mattress. He did so with great professionalism in helping us choose the mattress most suitable to us. He made the entire process informative and most enjoyable. Rob's concern for us choosing the correct mattress to suit us was much appreciated. Thank you again Rob!

My wife and I went to sleep country yesterday afternoon. We met a sales person name Rob everything was very confusing in terms of finding the right mattress for us. 45 minutes later we figured out the mattress we wanted. What surprised me was the Dormeo mattress was listed for $4599, so my wife told Rob that we wanted to pay $2000 maximum including everything and Rob was so desperate to make a sale that he brought the price to $2000 from $4599 but Rob wanted $2000 plus GST. Rob called someone in head office or a manager (sales technique) we couldn't make a deal in the end. However what I didn't appreciate was Rob's attitude towards the end of the sale, he got very upset when I said to my wife let's sleep on it. He threw a sticky pad at the printer and snapped at us. When I asked rob what time sleep country was open on Monday so we could come back tomororw and pay the $2000 plus GST, he replied said "it doesn't matter" get out and have a good day. I was very upset after being treated this way and did give him a peace of my mind. Before you go into any sleep country or any mattress store remember not to ever pay the tag price because they have 100%-200% mark up which is how they rip of honest people. Shame on you sleep country and your sales representative service.

The sales team were super friendly, very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all.

Staff were friendly, however sale items are not very clear as to which items are actually on sale.

Great service. Don't feel pressure by the sales people who are very knowledgeable. Prices however are not very transparent as they always seem to have sales (like a Canadian Tire)

Very disappointed. Service was alright right until time for delivery came. Once the mattress arrived we found it had holes chewed in it (roughly mouse sized holes). The next delivery was contracted out. The truck driver tried to convince my wife that it wasn't their job to bring the mattress into the once. Once she got on the phone and they were told to do so they scraped the drywall and broke a light fixture. We contacted Sleep Country who had no interest in addressing the problem, saying it was our word against the delivery company's.

Great service. Very good special deals. Delivery was quick and efficient. What more could you want?
