S& M is a 24 Hour Full Fitness Facility, Free Classes (Boot Camp, Spin), both selectorize strength and free weights, benches and barbells.

S& M Fitness offers a full selection of benches, free weights and barbells, as well as a full circuit of slectorize (pin adjustable) strength equipment for additional options. With Life Fitness treadmills and ellipticals. . . . and the wide open flex space, S& M has everything that big city gyms have, located conveniently in the Killam AgriPlex. We offer a full selection of Group Fitness Classes that are all FREE with your 24 hour membership. Personal Training is also available.
