Sept 13: Buttercream Basics: you will learn how to cut, fill, crumb coat and basic buttercream techniques.
... Sept 20 Advanced Buttercream (Buttercream Basics is a prerequisite), you will learn advanced techniques using buttercream icing.
Sept 27 Fondant: you will learn how to cover a cake with fondant and how to make flowers and other decorations using fondant. (Buttercream Basics is a prerequisite).

We still have room for 3 children in our morning session ages 6-8 from 9-noon and 4 in the afternoon session for ages 9 & up from 1-4pm. Kids will have the choice of baking chocolate or vanilla cupcakes. They will then decorate and bring them home to share with family & friends.
Cost is 65.00 per child, class will be held at Social Supper 209-2914 Kingsview Blvd SE. Please send me PM to register your child.

We will be travelling back from Creston, BC tomorrow August 10, and will be bringing back some beautiful Red Haven (freestone) peaches from Faraman Farm. This is the same farm I purchased from last year and they were amazing. Cost will be 47.00 per case (20 lbs). Pick up will be Friday evening or early Saturday. Must EMT funds to smartycakes@mail.com with password peaches to secure your purchase. Will PM pick up address upon receipt of funds. Thank you

She made our daughters birthday cake on such short notice. She was so kind and did an AMAZING job. The inside was chocolate and was just delectable. I'm so impressed with the cake. We will be using them again!!

I tasted a diary, egg, peanut free cake at a children’s party and it was delicious, and I normally do not like any sort of cake. I decided to order some cupcakes for the children with allergies for my daughters party. They were SO good, very moist and everyone enjoyed them, they were lemon flavour. My daughter asked for either purple or teal frosting or mixed and we got the exact colours that she wanted without showing pictures. I HIGHLY recommend!!

I can't actually think of a single product I've tried that was any less than spectacular! You can literally taste the love in everything <3

I bought the lemon bars from the The Rustic Charm Market in Cochrane and its heavenly. I love it. I should have bought the mocha toffee cookie too.

Had the lemon crunch bars from the Airdrie Christmas market and they were excellent.

Excellent cakes with amazing flavors. Made with real passion.
