Sml Entertainment

I was the only customer in the store. I was in for 15 minutes and wanted information on a digital pinball machine that was on the floor. I could not figure out which of the 2 people texting was a staff person. Neither one seemed interested in helping. I drove 4 hours to visit this store.(and others). I finally walked out. Will never return. I probably would have ordered a pinball machine if anybody would have acknowleged a customer in the store.

Sml has been great to deal with. From the day shopping for the tub till the day it was delivered. Very professional people to deal with. Would recommend sml to anyone.

Bought some hot tub scents before Christmas with the guarantee that they could be exchanged if the smell wasn't the correct one (probable, because it was a gift). When attempting to return it I was then told it actually wasn't allowed, and that I was a couple days beyond the return policy date.

Inconsistent sales knowledge and lack of customer perspective means they won't get another penny out of me.

I would not recommend.
