This place has the worst service you can imagine. Do not waste your time at Snowbear. They take your money and you literally get NOTHING in return. I went on Saturday June 9th, 2018 in the evening and ordered 2 items. I waited over 55minutes because there was a group of 8 ahead of me and I was trying to be patient. I was there with my sister and when we finally politely inquired the employee had completely forgotten about our order. When we asked about any compensation for the mishap he refunded the purchase and refused to make the order. I never asked for the refund or for the order to be stopped, I just had asked a question. So basically he wasted our evening for nothing. Before leaving I asked to have a business card or management info and was told “there is no manager. I am the manager. There are owners but they don’t come here”. That is why I am leaving the review here. Hopefully the owners that don’t come to their own establishment learn how poorly run it is. Literally go anywhere else but here.
