Was here yesterday looking for the zombie bear which a radio station had hidden somewhere in the city. It was my friends idea and I just ended up tagging along for the ride completely in attire that I should not of been looking around in bushes wearing. Well I ended up getting cold and going inside and the guy at the front desk, I think his name was Cody was beyond friendly. He fixed me up some tea and was very personable yet professional. Well I'm not good with heights but with how Fantastic his customer service was then I think I may have to return and try out the park. Thanks for the great experience!

I had a fall today but your staff was amazing right from the happiest lady at the counter, to the chair lift dude, to the amazing lady that called the medics and a job very well done by them helping me thru my experience. Still impressed with how amazing Snow Valley. The service they have now where staff work one on one with special needs children is awesome. My daughter only tried for ten minutes but she tried and had Cody an outstanding staff member made it possible. Without his 1 to 1 caring reassuring assistance she would not even have tried. Snow valley was great when I was a kid and they are still amazing over 20 years later.

Snow Valley is a fantastic place to ski in the city. The staff and coaches are awesome, friendly and do their best to make sure you have a great experience! If you can't get away to the mountains or are just starting out this is a great place to come. Not to mention they are a huge part of Edmonton's history...I think they started operating in the 60's! It's pretty cool to see that they are still around after so many years.

My son Ben (6 years old) has just completed his second snowboarding lesson with Brandon N. Brandon is amazing!! He has tons of patience and is very playful with my son. Ben has a lot of fun with him and has learned so much over the past 2 weeks. I believe Brandon normally works during the week with school groups, but was helping out last week and we were thrilled when we saw him there again today. Brandon clearly loves his job and is a very skilled instructor who really knows how to work with kids. We are so lucky to have him teaching Ben!

My husband and I got married at Snow Valley this summer and it was absolutely perfect! Gina and Madelin were so friendly and helpful along the way, they were attentive and patient. The food was FANTASTIC, all of my guests absolutely raved about the food and I can't tell you how many people asked me after "who catered? We need their card!" Having Snow Valley prepare the meal in house made life so easy, and as I said before, delicious! The atmosphere in the lodge wasn't perfect, the lights, windows, and layout was beautiful, we are so happy with our decision to choose Snow Valley as our Venue!

Inner city ski slope? You wouldn't know it as its amazing and they keep the snow in great condition even with this week's mild conditions. Bring the family every night. Amazingly cheap as well

I love everyone at SV. The Guest Services Staff are wonderful. I love all the rental staff. The coaches are great and I like how there are lots of staff everywhere always doing their jobs and having fun with the kids.

I just wanted to thank ski patrol at snow valley!! A week ago my daughter took a nasty fall and the way they handled it and managed to keep her calm was incredible, thank you to everyone involved. She can't wait to get back on the hill.

I am so impressed by Snow Valley; the general manager, the guest services, rentals, and instructors. Thank you, Shawn and Michael for making me enjoy snowboarding again. I chose snow valley because of the community initiatives, and they didn’t disappoint. Will definitely buy a season pass.

Front desk is very organized. There always seems to be an issue with finding my sizing card at the boots. Bring your own food... the grill is expensive... plus beer is $8!



Runs are great for kids. Large bunny hill with conveyor. Green hill with conveyor is great for beginners. The quad chair lift is fast enough.

Excellent adventure day spent at the Aerial Park with 60+ kids for a school field trip today! Staff was incredibly friendly and always nearby to help out! It was so much fun!!

I love the discounted rates, perfect for after work! Hill could be worse could be better but great for a hill in town! Customer service at the desk is great. BUT, my friend recently rented some boots from the rental shop and returning them the staff was ridiculous. Yelling at us for not tieing the boots up while one stood around helpful, one sat on their phone and the one yelling at us wrapped in a blanket laughing and gossiping sitting on her butt insisting she's what, "too busy?" To lift a finger. Not at all impressed by that. Experience like that leaves a bad taste, and a bad memory.

Great hill for beginners and kids.

Chalet is way too small, no where to go in to sit A d warm up during the weekend.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and abrupt! She should definitely not be working with people. All I wanted to do was get my daughter ready for her private lesson and I left so mad and frustrated. It wasn’t even busy but she obviously disliked her job. The rest of the staff from rentals to instructors were very friendly and pleasant.

We are a young family looking to get into Skiing. I paid $366 for my two kids to have a day’s worth of lessons and yet they would not honour the two for one coupon I brought so that I could ski (would have saved me only $30 but it made a difference to me!). They were also rude, dismissive and entirely unhelpful. We didn’t know how to get equipment, where the lessons were etc but had to find everything ourselves. No one responded to my letter to the management detailing our experience. To be fair, the instructor was excellent and my kids had fun. We will definitely be investing in season’s passes for our family of four to ski next year (and likely for years to come) but not at Snow Valley.

Terrible customer service by Snow Valley Ski Club Aerial Park. Attempted to book my husband and I for birthday celebrations but could not get clarification about the mixed pricing on their website regarding the twilight special. Called at 11 am and additional times throughout the day and missed one call from them at 1:30 with no answers to my question. Left additional message with no response. Bottom line...ended up hearing several different responses from 3 staff and I had to request speaking to the manager. We did not end up going as we would not have maximized our time. They would not honour the pricing listed on the website!

My experience at Snow Valley yesterday was the worst ski experience I've ever had. Had to wait for 45 mins to get a lift ticket yesterday. Then after an hour when I was actually on the hill, they didn't have one of their two lifts open. It was operational but they didn't have enough staff to let people use it.



What a joke. I didn't wait in line to get a refund, I just left disappointed. When I emailed to complain they didn't offer a refund or a complimentary pass, just made excuses.

My daughter has a school field trip to the snow valley today. Although she is still considered to be a beginner, she has been there a few times before and has used the ski lift. But the staff today refused her of using the ski lift, just told her to wait and wait and eventually she spent her whole day on the bunny hill. She has explained to the staff that she has been on the ski lift before but they refused to listen. She is so disappointed about the whole thing, and I'm very unhappy about her experience. We will never go back.

Yelling at us for not tieing the boots up while one stood around helpful, one sat on their phone and the one yelling at us wrapped in a blanket laughing and gossiping sitting on her butt insisting she's what, "too busy?" To lift a finger. Not at all impressed by that. Experience like that leaves a bad taste, and a bad memory.

Great hill for beginners and kids.

Chalet is way too small, no where to go in to sit A d warm up during the weekend.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and abrupt! She should definitely not be working with people. All I wanted to do was get my daughter ready for her private lesson and I left so mad and frustrated. It wasn’t even busy but she obviously disliked her job. The rest of the staff from rentals to instructors were very friendly and pleasant.

We are a young family looking to get into Skiing. I paid $366 for my two kids to have a day’s worth of lessons and yet they would not honour the two for one coupon I brought so that I could ski (would have saved me only $30 but it made a difference to me!). They were also rude, dismissive and entirely unhelpful. We didn’t know how to get equipment, where the lessons were etc but had to find everything ourselves. No one responded to my letter to the management detailing our experience. To be fair, the instructor was excellent and my kids had fun. We will definitely be investing in season’s passes for our family of four to ski next year (and likely for years to come) but not at Snow Valley.

Terrible customer service by Snow Valley Ski Club Aerial Park. Attempted to book my husband and I for birthday celebrations but could not get clarification about the mixed pricing on their website regarding the twilight special. Called at 11 am and additional times throughout the day and missed one call from them at 1:30 with no answers to my question. Left additional message with no response. Bottom line...ended up hearing several different responses from 3 staff and I had to request speaking to the manager. We did not end up going as we would not have maximized our time. They would not honour the pricing listed on the website!

My experience at Snow Valley yesterday was the worst ski experience I've ever had. Had to wait for 45 mins to get a lift ticket yesterday. Then after an hour when I was actually on the hill, they didn't have one of their two lifts open. It was operational but they didn't have enough staff to let people use it.



What a joke. I didn't wait in line to get a refund, I just left disappointed. When I emailed to complain they didn't offer a refund or a complimentary pass, just made excuses.

My daughter has a school field trip to the snow valley today. Although she is still considered to be a beginner, she has been there a few times before and has used the ski lift. But the staff today refused her of using the ski lift, just told her to wait and wait and eventually she spent her whole day on the bunny hill. She has explained to the staff that she has been on the ski lift before but they refused to listen. She is so disappointed about the whole thing, and I'm very unhappy about her experience. We will never go back.
