Reviews
I trust Bill with all my car care needs. He's never steered me wrong and if it's not broken he won't tell me it needs to be fixed. He expresses his concerns but doesn't push anything if there's no real need for it right then. Experienced and reliable. 10/10 would recommend.
Great got amazing service and didnt over charge. Definitely my mechanic from now on.
The original quote was quite high and included things I didn't think were necessary. I told them I couldn't afford the work, so they worked with me to figure out what was really necessary, some of it at my suggestion. The resulting bill was $300.00 less than the quote. They were quick at getting the work done and gave me a ride home after dropping the car off and back when the car was ready. It was only 2 days ago, but the work seems to be good.
Thanks to all the staff at So-Lo. Very quick service from knowlageable staff. I always drive from Edmonton for tires and auto service from trusted mechanics.
Our interaction with So-lo didn't start out great. My husband called around, looking for a shop that could fix his vehicle while he had a week off. These guys said they could accommodate him.
We came to pick it up after the week. They had done some 'diagnostics' but hadn't yet done any work. Apparently, the guy who needed to do the job was away last week and hadn't been apprised of our conversation with others in the shop. We were not impressed.
However mistakes happen in every business; the sign of a good business is how they handle their mistakes. They worked on it yesterday and today, and Bill stayed at the shop late last night to ensure that the truck would be on the road by closing today. We really appreciate their effort to resolve things so quickly.
