Nice employees. The last store that actually has bag boys anymore. They'll even offer to carry out your groceries for you

Staff are friendly. Great place to shop and have not had a bad experience here. The prices are reasonable and in line with what you would expect. They have promotions and sales every couple of days so if you do your research you can find good value.

I go here often. Sometimes it's busy but the waits are always short even when the store is full which is (in my experince) rare. Staff are friendly, shelves are usually stocked with good selections although I have went twice now where the item I was looking for was temporarily out of stock. It happens, it's life. This location has been carrying PINEAPPLE CRUSH pop, so any newfies, east coasters, or sugar aficionados you're welcome! All in all a good store that lives up to Sobey's reputation.

Today will be my last visit to this store. The check out person was unfriendly uncommunicative actually. I am a disabled senior - I asked that the bag not be loaded so I could manage it, he filled it so heavy I could barely lift it, he didn't place it in my cart, my second bag was heavy not as bad as the first but still a struggle. He began the next customer pushing his grocerys into my bags as I struggled to move - outside was the snow - no way I can push the cart - 2 Sobeys employees came out I smiled someone to help No - the female hurried to light her cigarette where the wind didn't blow out her lighter and the male employee walked past me to gather the cart I had abandoned. Three bags. My purse and a cane and none of the arrogant employees even stopped. I spend over 100 dollars a week at Sobeys - but no more

Got a cake here... I may as well say it now! Sobey cakes are the best cakes! Debbie was the lady who decorated it for Me she was so quick and it looked awesome! She was super friendly and had an amazing vibe to her!

I got to the store with 15 mins until closing. I'm from out of town and just wanted to pick up some sandwich items. I got to the til at the very last moment. A couple of the cashiers were talking and they had me laughing so hard. They definitely love their job and it was really nice to see real people at a business instead of boring robots without a lick of a personality. I wish i would have remembered to get their names because they were hilarious and made a task that I hate into a quick grocery trip that even now almost a week later I can chuckle about

Staff always friendly! Will gladly assist me when I am shopping alone. They get someone to push the cart so I am able to push myself, in my wheelchair. They are also willing to help me get up my ramp and into my van safely.

The store is great! I like their Bakery choices for bread and buns. Their Deli offers great selections for cold cuts and prepared meals.

Customer service is great. It's clean and you can easily maneuver through the isles. It convenient location and stuff is fresh.

A great place to shop. Good prices on many items and extremely good prices on their sale items. Helpful staff always a smile and go out of their way to help.

Very difficult to find the items I am looking for. They seldom have available staff to help you find something, and the staff you can find are rude and unhelpful. I'd recommend going to no frills for the same quality of product and quality of service at a lower price.

If you need a quick shop, with decent quality and willing to pay more this is the place to do it. Very close to No Frills but without the long lines and a food place to pick up a prepared hot meal.

It's clean, it has some of the friendliest employees you'll meet and they're local to the area so they treat you how they want to be treated. Good store, good prices

You will be lucky if there is more than ONE staffed checkout. The store is not that busy so if you have a few items the self checkout is sufficient, but it's frustrating when you have a cart full. I go there often and the most cashiers I have seen working at once is 2. This store seems smaller than other Sobeys . Which is nice as or is less busy but last has less selection and often I find theu rep out of stock oncertain fresh items. Sobeys in general is higher priced than other big name stores but it's nicely laid out and aesthetically pleasing . I am adding to those review. The last couple of times I actually found an open register ;it was the same cashier, Jenn,very friendly and was impressed how she took time to pack items logically. IE all frozen in one bag, cleaners in another etc.
