Small, crowded not much variety. Very good at carrying basics with no interesting choices. Don't buy any of the chicken pieces as there is no telling how long they have been under the heat lamp.

Good cheese selection. Great store. Not too big.

Bought a few items there today: organic milk, cream cheese, a face cream. The bag has a can of cream cheese packed together with their flyer and a paper-packaged face cream. Went home to unpack and immediately found some cream cheese sauce in the bag - there was a crack on the bottom of the plastic box and cheese was coming out a little. Not sure how long the crack was there - what if it had been two days? So I went to store immediately as I happened to have a 20 minutes’ time window. Customer service lady “studied” the package after I told her the box seemed to have a crack and said: “Are you sure about that!? It’s dated 2010!” I took a look with curiosity and disbelief (who sells a 7 year old cream cheese?), smeared off the leaking cream cheese on the bottom and showed her it was actually “2018”. She told me to go to grab the same product. I did, and I showed them the EXACT same batch number on the bottoms of the two. Apparently they didn’t feel there was any need to say sorry for accusing an customer of a non-existing wrong deed of returning a 7 year old product (as if anyone would do so, or such products even exist in anyone’s fridge!), a customer who bought their defective product because of THEIR negligence (there was no way the package broke after I left the store, given how it was packed in the bag with paper products only). If it were not for the fear of food poisoning (who knows how long the package was broken) and we live close, I would not have returned. Now it looks that I just used my time, went through the trouble, and experienced their accusation. I don’t think any customer deserved that.

Beautiful new store. One stop shopping. Large selection of ready meals. Starbucks. Honey, Peanut and oil dispensary.

Great produce and cheese areas here! They have a fresh fruit bar and something we are now enjoying is their fill it yourself flavoured Olive oils.

Staff on the floor need to be more engaged I would say as they were not overly helpful. Front cashier's are great though!

Prices are consistently higher than anywhere else. Good if you need something quick but you'll pay more

Every in house salad has onions just mixed in!! Not everyone likes onions but they refuse to put them in separate containers or make salads without them. Also these are the most expensive groceries in the city bar none! The produce is really hit or miss.

Update* Ordered a half chicken dinner with onion rings June 27 2017 and the chicken was burnt so bad I couldn't eat it and the onion rings were cold and soggy. I think this place is terribly managed and I've decided to take my business somewhere that actually cares about the products they sell to their customers at fair prices.

Nice store. Stuff tends to be more expensive at Sobeys for some reason, but it's closer to my house than Superstore. So it's good for just grabbing quick stuff (milk, bread, eggs etc)

I live in McKenzie Lake, so this is the closest/most convenient grocery store in the area. It's a smaller Sobeys, so selection can be lacking, and there is no pharmacy (so again, selection lacking especially in the personal hygiene and over the counter medication selection). Staff is great and always willing to help out if you have a concern or to make sure you get the deal of the day.

I've been going to this medium sized grocery store for over 10 years. Great bakery and cheese counter. I really do enjoy shopping in a smaller store.

It's got maple mars. MacKenzie Towne is close to us (Auburn Bay) and I love Highstreet (Jolly Goods and Second Cup etc).

Manager Scott hire's employees very un-professionally. Staff is nice, Food is great. but the Head Honcho manager is down right rude and disrespectful. he doesn't care for anybody it seems. tried to get a job here and was rudely turned down. i'd go here for the food, not for a job, as you wont get close to a job with a manager like Scott.

Sobeys is our other preferred supermarket, where you can find the most exquisite delicatessen and meats. Definitely and doubtless.
