IMPORTANT INFO for all our active customers (have ordered in the last 6 months) we will be revamping our in house rewards program January 15 and getting rid of the online point system we currently have. What is a mala party? Similar to the famous 'tupperware party', we learn to make + meditate with malas. Malas are necklaces made of 108 beads and used in meditation with mantra, known as Japa Sahita. What does the evening look like? - mala designing + the power of intention - making the malas - smudging (cleansing) - learn to meditate (with an optional meditation)

Words cannot express how much I love this business! Kaidy has opened her doors to me on a number of occasions to host my workshops with her, and today we thought a little out of the box and held my sons 3rd birthday there! My boy is a little foodie, and loves to cook with me, so we make a party around making cupcakes! All the kids got to enjoy building their own cupcake and decorating it, and it was perfect! If you are looking for something new/fun to do, definitely give Kaidy a call! We couldn't have asked for a more fun/rewarding birthday! The kids were all so proud!

We’ve had 3/5 of our meals so far and I have to say- they are freaking delicious!! Some of them have even given me several smaller meals to freeze for later on. I highly recommend this business. Tonight I’m having maple glazed chicken and whipped sweet potato and I am in love. I guarantee my son will actually eat this (mom win!)

We placed our first order Friday, picked up Sunday and popped the Greek Stew in the crock pot this morning. This was the one dish I selected that I wasn't 100 percent sure that we would like. It was so delicious!! I have no doubt the others we chose will be just as good if not better!

We had a birthday party at Social Supper today-Kaidy was awesome with the kids-timing was perfect and they all loved their cupcakes and home made play dough. It couldn’t have been easier or more fun-thank you!!!

Took 2 classes here and I LOVED it! I learned how to make tortellini from scratch. The classes are so fun and I met some amazing people! Next was my favourite- the kombucha class. I am already on my 2nd batch and sharing scobys with my friends!

This is sort of a match made in heaven for me....I like "meal planning" but hate everything after that....shopping, prepping, cooking :(. With 5 mouths to feed I can't exactly ignore the fact that I have to feed my family! Social Supper has given me that piece of mind where every other day or two I can pull a full, delicious, healthy meal out of my freezer, prepare it in record time and have everyone enjoy it!! So far my family has been loving the meals, even my super picky eater! This is such a treat for ME to not have to take time away from my kids afterschool to think and stress over what to make for supper. And there's usually enough left over for hubby to take for lunch the next day. Another huge cost-effective plus is that we haven't been eating out as much (due to my lack of not wanting to cook!). I can't wait to see what's on the menu for Feb!!

This is amazing! With a hubby that works out of town, I find it difficult getting inspired to cook smaller scale meals. All of these can easily be turned into the perfect portions for two! Both the firecracker salmon and lemon garlic chicken have been amazing and great for helping me get back on track with healthy eating. I actually bring a lunch to work now!

Not only is the concept amazing, but the customer service is top notch. Kaidy goes out of her way EVERY DAY to make sure her customers get the best food and treatment. The menu has been fabulous and has had my family tasting foods I wouldn't typically cook (hello lentils!) and we are converted! Social Supper has also been an amazing venue to host my business's workshops. Beautiful space and a highly accommodating owner!

I really enjoyed the private event that I went to last night at Social Supper. All of the recipes were very creative. Everything is laid out in front of you to put together the meals that you have chosen. For about $30 a meal you definitely are getting quality meals. Anyone who gets home exhausted from work and doesn't want to prep and cook. I would absolutely recommend this local business. I am excited to go back for more!

I have not cooked a meal from Social Supper that I haven't loved. I made the "Healthied Up Hamburger Soup" for dinner tonight and it was delicious & I'm not a fan of homemade soup! Just what I needed for this cool Fall evening :)

I have had a few of the meals that I ordered and they are seriously so good!! I am a holistic nutritionist so I am really picky about our food so this is just an awesome solution for us. I get to have a break from meal making sometimes, and we still get to eat REAL food that tastes great. Thanks Social Supper!!

I have done prep events with my friends and family a few times as well as the order and pickup option! The events are soooo fun and I recommend everyone to try them! The pickup option is amazing if your short on time ... we are expecting a new addition to our family and knowing we have all these amazing healthy delicious meals in the freezer is so amazing! I have been under the weather, so to speak, for quite a while. While I could not attend a session, I took advantage of the delivery offered and we tried our first dinner of chicken stew and dumplings. My husband said thanks for bringing back a childhood memory and even my boys who can be quite picky said they liked it! It was so nice to have something healthy, but different. It's so easy to get stuck in a rut for dinner! Thanks for helping us break free!

I cannot say enough good things about Social Supper! Kaidy is fabulous to deal with and so helpful. I ordered a few meals as a gift for a family member and she was so accommodating. While I was there picking up I bought a few meals for myself! We had one tonight and it was outstanding! Healthy, easy to make with easy instructions and huge portions! I attended a Kamboucha brewing class at Social supper in Airdrie and had the most fantastic and informative experience! I got to learn all about brewing and left with everything I needed to start my own boucha! From the thoughtful decor to the endless classes available I am in love with Social Supper!

I am a wedding photographer and my summers are very busy! I found Social Supper because I was starting to not eat a meal until 10pm at night, because I was on the go so much. I was looking into mail-to-your-door services when I found Social Supper, a highly recommended local business!

My first meal prep appointment was a week or so ago and I missed it. Kaidy gave me a friendly phone call and must have heard the stress in my voice, and she said that they also prep meals FOR people & she could put together my meals for me no problem. Since I am a single person household she parcelled out the portions into halves for me!

I've had the teriyaki glazed pork tenderloin and Thai chicken toppers so far and I've been so impressed by the meals!! There is a TON of food in the packages. When she says a meal feeds 4-6, she isn't joking! Even though my meals are portioned down to halves , I can eat left overs for days! The food was so flavourful and filling. I can easily get 6 meals out of the $30 meal option.

This is an incredibly valuable service and I can't wait to come back and make a blog post on Social Supper! I know I have busy brides who will love this service ��

Clean, well organized and efficient space to meal prep. I booked a private party for friends to prep and it was a blast. The ordering was easy and the peeping was made simple and the meals come from all fresh products.

Amen for this location! Thank you for your workshops and offering something that helps a busy working person who still want to feed their family right. There is no one like you @social supper and i for one Am grateful to you for opening my eyes to Kombucha!
