Check this video of a scumbag checking our trailer and customers property at night... having noticed work was ongoing during the day.
Good trailer locks and secure gates on fences are important deterrence to opportunity crime.
This kind of scum is known to roam edmonton alleys on (mostly stolen) bikes day and night scoping... feeding information to organized teams with cordless tools who can cut open trailers and garages in moments.... or who will take advantage of a door/t...railer left unlocked by mistake. This was in a good upper working class area, and is common behaviour in older as well as newer neighbourhoods.
This was around 11pm so they are brazen, you might still be watching TV.
Insurance isn't cheap. This is why.

Sometimes to get things done you gotta get things done! A little sweeping and away we go :) This roof will almost never see snow again now that it has nice toasty warm solar panels installed over it.
Anchors in the roof and shingle modifications are done when the roof is warm and dry of course... leaving us free to return and install the components at a convenient time without being compromised by weather!
... Quality, production, and performance. It takes a bit longer to do the best work, with extra attention to safety... but the results are amazing even in difficult conditions.
